New cooks, wait times are a little longer but the food is good. I usually get The Ultimate Breakfast Skillet. The skillet has sausage links, bacon, diced potatoes, onion, bellpepers, diced tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 eggs, any style, and a healthy amount of cheese. You can customize it and remove what you want. It comes with pancakes, but I usually sub a pancake option from the V.I.B (Very Important Breakfast) section. The pancakes are called "Whole Wheat Banana Nut Pancakes." They are super yummy, and the flavor is very much like banana bread. Fresh bananas and pecans are cooked into the pancakes. Give it a try next time you visit. There are also nut free options of pancakes that are also good 👍 I love the fruit ones.Vegetarian options: Options on the menu. V.I.B. section is versatile to pick and choose optionsDietary restrictions: Items on the menu can be customized to an extent. The V.I.B has a lots of options to make it your ownParking: Parking is pretty good 👍 Some days may be busy. Holidays and Sundays after church. I can usually find parking on those days but I've got to be early to beat the rush.Kid-friendliness: Good food choices no matter the time of day.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheel chairs throught resturant

What a great experience! We were met at the door by Michael and his positive attitude just set the tone for our visit. He was polite and very personable. Being greeted with a smile goes a long way. Our server, Sydney, was wonderful as well. She had a genuine smile that was a continuation of Michael’s attitude. The food was very fast and came out perfectly. A great stop overall. Can’t recommend them any more than I am.

Great job, everyone. We showed up at noon on good Friday. Despite the wait time, everything was A+ perfect. From the start, our hostess effectively communicated the longer food time expectations . Our server who was in her last day of training did a 10 star performance under duress. The food came out hot delish and a little faster than quoted. Awesome. Give yourselves a pat on the back. Side note for GM. Circle decor on walls needs cleaned more often.

The sign on the door said they were short staffed and things would take longer. That's okay with us. We were seated immediately, and the waitress was by to get our drinks within a few minutes. We didn't wait too long for the food actually and it was delicious. Only issue was we ordered extra bacon and we didn't receive it. The waitress said she would check on it and we didn't see her again. Not a huge issue, but in this economy, every bit matters! The restaurant was clean and in good repair. The parking lot was rough to navigate but we went at prime breakfast time so that's our fault lolKid-friendliness: My kids got the sprinkle pancakes with icing. Super sweet they scrapped some icing off but overall, super kid friendly!

Went there with a few friends for lunch today and I must say, I was really impressed. My friend made a reservation for four (4) ahead of time, and we were able to get a table in less than 5 minutes, despite walk-in customer wait time of close to 20 minutes. They were much busier than normal. We took a bit to make a decision as to what to order, but the drinks were delivered fast and as requested. The food took a bit to get prepared (just like in any sit down restaurant). The ambiance is a mix of traditional old school and modern decorations with amazing lighting.Once we got our food, I was definitely amazed at how tasty and delicious everything was. I guess everything tastes better when you're starving 😋Anyways, when we were done, our waitress was very kind and accomodating. We will definitely go back there again.

Stoped in for lunch on a road trip. Was expecting to be in and out fairly quick. That was definitely wrong. After being seated quickly and getting our order taken it took over an hour to get our lunch. When the lunch came it was cold. Not an issue with the wait staff. Looks like this place has some serious issues in the kitchen. The next time I’m through Quincy will not be back.

We usually have a great experience here, but not so much today...we did try to keep in mind of the way the weather has been.We placed our order then the waitress came back & said they were out of one of the order items. If we would accept a replacement...ok. Strike 1Then another item was unavailable, was asked if we'd like to order something else or accept the entree without this item.........ok!!! Strike 2We were told something about not receiving all their items off the truck...(?)............ok?!!!! Ugh! Strike 3-ishThen we were offered a free piece of pie (which we did not receive or even the mention of it again!!) Strike 4-ishWe asked for a certain condiment, which we've had there before, but instead were brought a different version of said condiment, which is totally different, to which we denied. Only to be told they DID have it, but no longer do & can't get it. Strike 5!!!That was the reasoning for ordering one entree, to which we requested a to-go box!The 2nd order, minus the one item, so THAT was ok...Thing is...with the negatives here, we were offered pie we didn't receive, there was no percentage off our meal, which was still full price of nearly $40!!We did tip, as it wasn't the fault of the waitress. We go to pay & ask what one item was on the receipt, that we didn't nor have we ever received, but are still charged for it!!! Strike 6!!!No, we didn't have a very good experience nor was any % off suggested, since they were "so sorry for everything"!!...then they should have made it worth the trouble!

Good place to sit and talk with friends. Service was okay but took way to long to get food when the place wasn't very busy. Food was not great fries were over cooked and burgers were on the dry side.

Good service and good food. The Village Inns in Arizona all seemed to close down through the years so I'm glad to see the locations in the midwest surviving because I've always thought Village Inn was better than IHOP and Dennys which seems to survive no matter how awful they operate. Stopped in for breakfast while visiting Illinois and was not disappointed. The service was pretty top notch.

We wasn't greater immediately to sit, The waitress didn't look happy, our food was overcooked and overpriced, my husband had to order his "chopped steak" (which was actually ground beef) twice because they didn't get it right the first time. We barely saw our waiter the whole time we was there. Just the whole atmosphere was horrible we will NEVER come back!

The seating in the restaurant was nice and comfortable, the service was excellent and the waitresses were very kind and checked in on us. The menu has a big selection and great coffee, the chicken fried steak with milk gravy was perfect, the fruit was fresh and green beans were amazing. Highly recommend going here for a great meal! The food was a 8/10 but the waitress was a 10/10 she was hot.

We had a great experience. The food and staff were amazing. They were short staffed as the rest of tge restaurant world. But they maintained a good additude and got food out as quick as they could. We felt terrible that people were walking out without paying or just as their food was coming out. We would ABSOLUTELY go back again.Kid-friendliness: They had a great menu for our 10 yr old and the patience of saits when she couldn't make up her mind.
