By far, this is my favorite thrift store. The staff here is always super friendly and helpful. The prices are very reasonable and I always find some fun treasures here. I've shopped here for years and will continue to shop here for years to come! I give a 10 star rating

I actually usually love the local Salvation Army. I went today, checked out, and wondered why my total was so high, but I just paid and checked later. I realized after I left that we were charged $18 for this flannel!! I could have bought this for less brand new. Totally ridiculous! Salvation Army needs to re-evaluate pricing. They are not helping anyone in need if they are charging $18 for a flannel. Why? Not for profit? LOL

Went shopping today with my 6 kids. We went to 2 other second hand stores that their prices were ridiculous. We have the exact same stores in our town and the prices were way above. So never being to the Salvation Army we went. And prices were so much better!! And clean. And so much more stuff to look at! There were a few items and I was like…no I can get that brand new. But other items, I did not think was bad at all! I found some really great stuff and some cloths for my teenage daughters. I will for sure just be going here when we make our trips to Quincy and skip the other thrift stores.Also want to add that the staff there was AWESOME today!

ABSOLUTELY SHOPPING HERELARGE VARIETY OF CLOTHING IN ALL SIZES.They are affordable for customers on a tight budget.They sell toys at prices parent/grandparents can afford on a budget.I LOVE SHOPPING HERE KNOWING FUNDS GO TO THE HOMELESS SHELTER AND IF SOMEONE IS DOWN ON THEIR LUCK,CAN RECEIVE VOUCHERS FOR NECESSITIES.

Quincy's Salvation Army Family Store is my favorite thrift store to stop and shop anytime I'm in the area and have the time to browse! You never know what you'll find in this little gem of a store 😊. As soon as I walk in, I'm always immediately welcomed with a friendly greeting. The store is always staffed by friendly helpful clerks.

We love this place. It is clean and well organized. The staff is always super friendly and incredibly helpful. They even helped me find items that I might like and they thought would look good on me, like a professional shopping assistant in a super fancy boutique would.

I looked over the clothes and I seen many with stains or very over worn. The toys like many thirft stores are broken and sold as is so if your not picky... There a ton of furniture that seems ok but bulky. The search for good things is hard.

Definitely better than most retail stores with clothing, household stuff, furniture and over all customer service. You can't beat their prices and money you spend there helps others in need. You can find like new name brand jeans and beautiful comforters/bedding. The furniture is good for those with little money and just starting out. I have found full bottles of Victoria Secret discontinued perfumes (Angel mist Halo and Heavenly) for a DOLLAR! I can spend hours looking and get a LOT of great stuff for $20-$30. Everyone should at least check it out.

This place is the best thrift store! So many wonderful things and the prices are SO reasonable! The employees are so friendly and courteous, I love this store!!!!!!

This is one of those stores where I walk in thinking that I'm only going to get a few things but then walk in and find more than I knew I needed in the first place! Lots of great stuff at great Prices, I collect VHS Tapes and I find a lot of those there.... Would highly recommend, People are always very friendly too

They have gradually raised prices to that which a collector would pay. It's not an antique shop. It's for those looking for deals. In used items. I think they have hired someone to look up selling prices to collectors or something and now you pay way more than the value of an item that is used. $20 for something you can get new for $5 more.

You should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves! This use to be a place where those of us that do t ha e enough money could come and get things but now you are pricing people out of coming! You do remember that the items you have in your store are donated? $8.99 for a glass? $70 for an IPOD docking platform that is pretty much obsolete? If I wanted buy stuff at new prices I would go to Walmart! It is a shame that greed has taken over this organization! We use to come a couple times a week and know the people working there but that has ended! Please stop and rethink how you are trying to gouge those who can’t afford to buy new!

Man what's the deal? Your guy's prices are getting absolutely ridiculous... I've seen things priced higher then they would be new... also your price stickers in every instance have to be removed with sticker remover.. please step your guys game up for everyone's sake

Great assortment of stuff. However since they moved to their new store the prices have gone up dramatically. It's the usual stuff just like the old store had but double and triple the price!

Very freindly very clean spacious new building prices are good and some lil high for the quality i would recommend stopping in on a day u got some free time and check out the furniture and clothing any problems a very friendly staff will help or ask for scott hes awesome donation just pull to the side of building and they will take your merchandise a sign is there to let u know whay do not accept 😊😊😊😊

They lady that was working was very rude. Not to mention was not wearing her ppe right. But wanted to yell at customer that was leaving the building for not wearing their mask. Will not be back and will not be donating to them ever again.
