I purchased a box of “The Better Nut Bar” April 4th. My husband and I have already ate a few until today. I bit into one and felt a stabbing sensation. I found dyed blue pile jack wood inside of the bar. I did call to report the issue and will get a refund for the purchase.

Love this place for getting in and out in a hurry. The app is the best. I can get gas in less time and scan groceries quicker than going any other place in town. If you dont mind going to the store less and buying bulk, I recommend this place.

The guy who lingers at self-check out and his boyfriend switched out my berries with rotten berries- I luckily noticed before leaving- then he sent someone back to switch them- took 25 or so minutes of waiting after getting out of the hospital Washington University School of Medicine~ for multiple sclerosis. I had to ask for my already paid for berries 3 times. While he laughed at me for waiting so long while feeling horrible!

I have been a Sam‘s club member a total of 15 years. I have been a member at the Quincy, IL location for 8. Everyone here is going above and beyond, even leaving a department to assist me and other consumers. I never feel ignored, or considered as a $. I have always had my questions or requests answered. My only lament is the lack of a photo department; I realize this is a corporate decision, not a personal choice of the employees. The staff members’ work ethic and attitude keep me shopping locally, rather than a nebulous website of unknown origin. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Guess I didn't know the customer service desk was only for setting up the app on your phone. Maybe that should be posted that customer service is not technically for customers?

Update: 2/2024Fun place to browse. Some good deals, especially buying in bulk. Nice bakery, and they now have a sushi section. Haven't tried it yet but it looked good.Original:I like Sam's club. I enjoy browsing through the different stuff. Some things are just a super convenience, like huge bottle of Excedrin Migraine. I'm not sure the savings equates what I spend on membership, but I like to have it anyway.

Sam's club is always a pleasure. It's been awhile since I've been there. He'll ever every staff member that I encountered was so helpful and friendly. Except for one thing, the girl at the checkout that was helping us just breach of cigarettes it was like hitting a brick wall call me old school, but I thought it was a little unprofessional

Always have a revolving inventory of seasonal stuff and bulk grocery items you can't find in most grocery stores. The store is super clean, and employees are usually helpful and have good attitudes.The store has recently begun renovation to be more like the Sam's Club I've experienced in larger cities, so stay tuned.

Sams club is great but their cell phone department is bad. The cell phone bill is 5 times higher than what the sams employees said it would be. I’ve heard of this happening to hundreds of other people as well.

This store is always great. Nice deals. Good employees, that is until you want help. Employees outside the check out are beyond rude. And they do not want anything to do with the members in this store. I spend $100 a year to be a "plus" member and it is not worth it. Unless you can spend more then $3000 a year at this store. I will not renew anymore and the management is a joke. The people they hire just seem to do favors to get up the Walmart "food chain" and its just a joke. They do not even seem to know how to do a job correctly. I will just drive 2 hrs to a Costco for better service.

Their phone sales people give out in correct information/quotes. Also lots of errors/problems on the account. They also just sell phones. No transferring info or help fixing all the problems they caused

Mostly have great experiences here. Yesterday, I call Sam's and select 3 to be connected to Tire & Battery. The phone is answered and I have to tell the lady I need the tire and battery department. She puts me on hold. About 7 minutes go by and she picks up again and welcomes my call. I tell her I was waiting on tire and battery. She apologizes and puts me on hold. About another 10 minutes goes by and I hang up, call back, and the same lady answers. I explain what is happening, she apologizes, and she puts me on hold. After about 10 minutes, I'm furiated and decide to wait a little longer. After about 15 minutes into this one, I decide to stay on the line and drive into Quincy. With the road construction, it took about 20 minutes at 55mph. I get to Sam's, while still on hold. It's now been 34 minutes. I went straight to the front desk and showed that I was still on hold. It turned out this young lady was the one I spoke to each time it was answered. She was polite and very professional. She pointed to the phone to show me the call is transferred to tire and battery. I couldn't tell. Didn't really know what she was trying to show me. So I walk over to tire and battery. I hear over many walkies, the lady telling people that I am heading there and have been on hold for more than 30 minutes. I get over there and nobody is there. I stand and wait. I get more frustrated and look into the work area and see nobody. Then a young man checking receipts asks if I'm okay or need help. I tell him what's going on and show him that my call is still on hold. He then has to stop a couple about to walk out without having their receipt checked. I turn back toward the tire and battery dept desk and wait. I turn away very angrily and start looking at all the employees at the registers and back at the lady at the front desk. Some of them are looking at me. I turn back to the tire and battery dept desk and there is a young, blonde lady sitting there looking at me. I am now furious I explain it all to her, but with more anger than before. After I'm done telling her, she says, "We closed at 6 o'clock. It's now about 6:10 and I got more angry and really don't remember my response to that. I was contacting them before 5:30pm. Google shows they are open until 7pm. Oh well. I walked out very angry.

Bought a membership online. Stood in line at checkout and showed phone purchase of $45 membership. Clerk and her supervisor told me I couldn't check out till 10 am with this membership. Waited 20 minutes and got in line again. Showed cashier my phone membership and was told I had to go to customer service to get a membership card. I asked why didn't you tell me this first. Poor service. Don't recommend anyone shopping there if there are any alternatives..

Buyer Beware I ordered a case of meat online and drove 60 miles only to get an email saying my order was cancelled because item was out of stock ! Hello ! you just sold it to someone else ? $45.00 waste of money for membership. also front desk takes no responsibility who cares attitude
