Was using this car wash every other week for my 3 vehicles. This time the spot rinse wasn't working after I put in extra money to have time to use it. Told the attendant, he said sory and that was it. Oh, ok! A little customer service would have went a long ways in customer retention.

I did the spray wand & hand brush wash. It costs $3 up front, but by the time I prewashed, spray washed, brushed, waxed and final rinsed, it cost me about $7 for a Chevy Malibu. It was about 6p on a Wednesday. The wash takes cards or quarters and is in a good location and well laid out. They have auto drive thru spray washs, but I've not used them. Will I go there again? Yes.

Went through the auto wash and paid $14, didn't even clean the grim off my truck. Was a very dissatisfied customer.

I purchased the subscription for $35, a good deal if you auto-wash your car more than twice a month. You can wash it every day of you so desire as part of the $35 subscription. It does a good job, and auto-wash bay has a dryer.

Really like the location and convenience,I van go to fuel up next door, then stop by for a quick wash on my vehicles.A little pricey I think, but I can at least get a quik wash down on my vehicle.

Just tried to wash our car, the pre soak ran and it rinsed, as soon as the spot free rinse came on there was a trickle of water at best. No pressure and it never even washed, literally no soap! Tried to talk to the attendant and he was a young man but knew nothing about it and said he'd let them know. Now I have spent $10 for a wash and simply rinsed my car off. Still dirty and very disappointed!

I stopped Saturday 3/28 around 5:30 ish to wash my Chrysler 300. 2 problems...only one stall open so I took it. It was so muddy, I had to spray around my car so I could walk around it without stepping in mud...not your fault..disrespect of the person before. 2nd. Ran the wash thru on my debit card...when checking my account found that I was charged $20.00...yes $20.00. My car has never cost $20.00 to wash. Tried to call the number listed to ask why and it has been disconnected or no longer in service. WILL not return to this car wash. The total on the machine showed one price but you charged for 4 car washes. Fraud...If they monitor this I would like a number to call to speak to the owner

I do the auto wash / dry on the far right bay. Seems great until after the wash is complete. As I pull out, one of the lines leaks soapy water over the area that just dried. Plan on bringing a chamois to clean that off.

ripped off! used debit card and selected $8 wash. drove in and nothing happened. i was charged $13!!!everyone i have told this to has shown zero surprise. many have tales of their own about owners being super rude & a ripoff

Not bad, not cheap. Trick gloss takes a bit, over all nice facility. Figured give er a try. Would go again. Theres a cool new dog wash there. Pretty neat. Wash dry n go.

The spray nozzle for foam wasn't working and I got charged for it and I hit the green button like it said and it ended the car wash and still charged me 4.50$. Terrible place to wash your vehicle.

I was once having car issues while in the self car wash and the owner and or manager himself stopped by to check on me and offered his assistance. Was very professional and because of this I will use red roof over any other car wash in Quincy.

Clean most of the time vacuumes work amazing when they work sometimes they don't I did catch the guy that owns it one time when it didn't and he turned it on with his key for me Tonite as long as I wanted super nice guy

Went there to get a wax done on my car and my poodle at the same time they would not let me run my dogs to the car wash I don't get it it's been a lot quicker
