We were satisfied with the grooming service of one dog, but not blown away. Both dogs smelled very nice. One dog got the de-shed service and we were still getting a lot of undercoat hair off her, more so than after other groomers we've used. It's a very convenient place to go though, which is why we tried it.

Taking my dog here was the worst mistake. Not only did the cut come out terrible and they didn’t listen to what I asked for ( which is whatever no big deal it will grow back) but my dog had razor burns in multiple locations which turned to sores. She then started scratching everywhere and shaking her head. We then noticed fleas and now ear mites which she DID NOT HAVE prior to her appointment. She also now has spots which she has chewed/Scratched in multiple places that are getting infected- my prayer is that it is from the fleas or allergic reaction to their products and not mange! This is the first and last time I will ever take my dog there and to be honest probably anywhere! They must not disinfect their equipment appropriately. I now have to take my dog to the vet because of the mites and all of the infected sores for diagnosis and treatment. Do your self a favor and buy your own clippers to care for your pet at home or find a more reputable place than this one!

The entire process went well. When I needed to reschedule they accommodated me. They were done on time. They are competent and friendly. They treat my dogs like their own - they really do care about animals.

I had an appt at 1:45pm and got my dog at 5:45pm. Absolutely ridiculous how long anyone should have to wait on a 7 pound dog. And I live 45 minutes from Quincy. And I still got charged $49. My experience was horrible!!!! The dogs haircuts was terrible also. Never going back!!!

We only had nails done, but the groomer was very accommodating. She saw that our dog was upset and went out of her way to take care of her.

They canceled and reschedule my grooming appointment without telling me, didn't know until I should up for my appointment and was told the groomer was already gone for the day.
