Used the self serve dog wash. Aside from my dog jumping out of the tub, being completely incensed by the hairdryer and nearly running the entire store soaking wet…. Which was all my own fault… I have nothing but good experiences here.The staff are knowledgeable and nice, the place is clean and organized and I never feel like I’ve been compelled to purchase something I don’t need.

Really nice store. They offer a great selection of products for all types of pets. We loved all the beautiful birds and the dog grooming section the most. We ended up leaving with an assortment of dog treats. We even found some really good ones on discount for 20% off.. My wife made the comment this may have to be a monthly trip for our fur babies and possibly to get us a winged baby.

Me and my daughter stopped by this petco to buy a hamster (first pet) but wasn’t very sure about everything but a girl working there named Kylie helped us pick which little hamster to bring home and her customer service was absolutely amazing i’ve never been greeted by such a great employee and you can tell she loves every animal there. Very genuine as well and she is real with you. She didn’t rush us, and went over simple care and questions. If you are thinking of getting a pet/supplies/vet care I highly recommend going here!! I’m sure you will be satisfied as well!Edited: I also wanted to say all the other staff and managers were great, I just want to make sure that kylie gets the recognition she deserves!!!

Kiley and her coworker are the absolute best. My first time in the new store and they made Bubba Beans and I feel like a part of their family. I'll always come back here. I will always appreciate their kindness and generosity of their time.

Bought a new platform for my turtle today, only to get home almost an hour away to notice they had retaped a return and didn't check to make sure all the parts were there. No suction cups to attach it to the tank as well as it smelled awful. Terrible experience.

I've been to Petco several times in the last month. Their fish tanks have quite a few dead fish each time. I know it's hard to keep community tanks balanced, but you really have to wonder if they're receiving bad stock or if it's poor upkeep of the tanks. I would not recommend buying fish from this store. The rest of the store is ok for dog & cat supplies. The selection for anything else has declined since they relocated.

They just opened their Vet clinic and my daughter has entrusted them with the care of her Frenchie Bruno. So excited to continue care with them. I highly recommend them for the care of your pet

We only visited to get fish and the gentleman that helped us was kind and very knowledgeable! We will be back in the future when we want to grow our fish family more but that's about all I can afford from Petco 😂

The staff is very friendly and knowledge for the most part. They were able to tell me exactly what kind of supplies and care I needed for my pet and where to find them.The store itself is very neat and clean and has good variety of supplies and services. The pet selection is a little bit limited but I think that is pretty standard across Petco stores.

I never had a problem with petco till I came in today and seen 3 dying geckos. I immediately asked if I could buy them but I had to be 18 so I called my grandma and had her drive all the way to Petco so I could buy these poor leopard geckos. And I had to pay FULL price

Loved the selection of toys for my pugs & selection of reptiles. I also love the selection of food for reptiles, I have an older leopard gecko & it's not easy to find food for him.

Very thankful for the kind associates! I was /that/ customer who arrived four minutes before close. Despite the time crunch and below zero temperature outside, they were still helpful and very friendly. The store is always very well kept and does their best to prevent the spread of COVID. I never have trouble returning or exchanging opened foods that little Lizzie refuses to eat.

I Like these folk. Very knowledgeable and not pushy just to sell something. They are willing to share the knowledge that they have. Very good place to go.We spoke at length to their dog trainer. They only offer one on one training, no group classes. Which is what I wanted. After all, 90% of the training is training me to train the dog. For me, that will happen better in a one on one class.He took the time to stop and speak with us at length. His willingness to do this accompanied by his bosses to allow this has sealed me as a customer. These folk really care.

Horrible return policy on non-perishable items. Punish you if you are not local. Attitude. Simply not smart or perceptive enough to understand how to encourage returning customers. All we wanted was store credit. Stay away from this chain.
