Stopped in on a whim to see if we could get our three legged Lab his nails trimmed. They were busy but the owner said she would look after him herself. Ended up learning about the owner and the high praise their customers had for them. Well done.

They claimed my moms dog was always difficult to deal with when trimming her nails. Since going to a new groomer they said she's always sweet and very well behaved. I'm starting to think it's the environment at Pampered Pets was the problem. The employees are nice to your face but incredibly rude and snotty to each other. Dogs are constantly barking and shaking in their cages. The environment as a whole is not good and I'm glad that I found a new groomer my moms dog loves.

Our groomer Mary did a fantastic job on our toy poodle and let me tell you she looked rough! She was so friendly and personally introduced herself to me. Afterwords she told me how wonderfully behaved my dog was and said there were no mats in my poodle. The cut was very clean and she now looks like a poodle again. The prices here are incredibly affordable which is what makes this the most popular groomer in Quincy. For my entire groom it was $35 and I couldn't ask for anything else. I always leave a $5 tip and the price is still great. We need more groomers like pampered pets!

This is the only place I have taken my dog and they use to do GREAT and he use to go in with no problem. The last 2 times I have taken him, he fights to go in and he has been kept in a cage all day. I wonder what they have been doing to my baby. He has always been such a sweet, loving boy but I will be finding somewhere else to take him from now on!

First time I took my dog there, I was very pleased. Groomer did a nice cut and my boy smelled good. I thought it was strange that when we made the appointment they said to drop him off between 9am and noon rather than giving us a specific appointment time. We dropped him off at noon and didn’t get a call that he was done until 5:00. The next and last time we took him, I made the appointment and asked for a specific time. I said that I would bathe him at home and for them to just cut him. I didn’t want him to have to stay in a crate very long. Dropped him off 10 minutes early and went back an hour and a half later and they hadn’t even started on him.

They did a great job with our little guy - his hair mats easily & they took great care of him!They'll also just trim nails - walk-ins welcome for that I believe! Only $10 :)

I have a Sheltie and we live in the country and looked a little rough before I dropped him off. I came back and he looked as pretty as ever! I highly recommend Pampered Pets, very affordable and friendly! I won't take my pets anywhere else!

I called in 2 weeks ahead to schedule a grooming appointment, took off work, drive all the way across town just to be told that the groomer was gone sick. They said "we tried to call you" but apparently they had the completely wrong phone number. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks and drive my dog all the way home and then back to town for other errands. All because they didn't verify the phone number

Groomers seem incapable of following instructions and are seemingly not very well trained in their chosen profession or just tend to allow "okay" work to be their standard. My dogs hair was cut without permission after asking for a bath, brush and sanitary. The cutting looks like it was done by a child with safety scissors. I will NEVER entrust my dog to this establishment again.

During the grooming, they cut a chunk of my dogs tounge off. A chunk! To make up for it, they were nice enough to take off $10. Horrible experience.

I have been there several times as they are one of the cheaper in town .This was the last time. Their front desk help is unprofessional and their work is inconsistent . AND , it doesn't matter what you go in to have done, it will take ALL DAY .

My dog got hurt here they clipped him with the clippers and didn't tell when I confronted them they denied it will not return ever again and plus when I went to go pick up my dog they referred to me as the guy with the annoying dog is here
