I'm a bit surprised that the help isn't more helpful, especially the younger guys at the cash register. I have experience with a recently closed Ace in Hope Mills, NC and the service their was superior to Quincy. Still Ace is much better than Lowe's or Home Depot. The old guys in the departments are very good and knowledgeable.

It says online that you refill and exchange propane tanks. They only exchange. Find somewhere else to go for refills.

The staff could touch base a little better when clients arrive, but it's a nice little store. They save me having to drive out to the other end of town for most hardware / yard needs. They cut keys.

Very bad customer service was looking for nuts and bolts no one even acknowledged. I was there then get to the check out and the cashier Hands me a pen and asked to go get prices. 3 employees standing around not doing nothing talking about a triple to Texas. And not 1offered to help

Staff didn't know much when questioned about what we were looking for. Didn't find anything we went in for. But I'm glad for a hardware store in that area of town. I'm sure they will do better next time I go there. But for now, 3 stars...

Great prices. Lots of products to choose from. Everything was very easy to find. Staff was very friendly. They were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful with helping you complete the task you were trying to do. Great place to shop. Will definitely be back.

Sure the store is nice as well as customer service, but the trash they leave all over is disgusting. I work close to the store and I’m picking up trash DAILY around my clients home. Broken down cardboard boxes, packaging, and signing are consistently strewn throughout the alley. Just today I had to drag a huge banner out from in front of my clients home. Please pick up better.

Nice to finally have a store on the west side of Quincy. They have almost everything you really need in quick trip or want to purchase for repairing something. Nice parking lot and very clean store. Staff are always pleasant and eager to help you find what you are looking for.

Nice little store. But it will be hard to find someone that can help. They have 2 people working and they both behind the counter talking. The prices were good and we did find what we needed. But it took sometime.

Good for everyday hardware needs. Its a small store but great for quick stops to finish a project. From my experience the staff is friendly and always available to help you find what you need.

We live fairly close to this store and have been frequenting it since it opened. We have had a couple lackluster experiences here, but we get that everyone has an "off" day. This afternoon, however, was unforgivable. My fiance asked the employee a simple, direct question about compatibility and installation of an in stock product, after initially blatantly ignoring him, he finally answered with a snide "Why don't ya read the directions?!" Not knowing all of the answers is totally understandable, but a complete unwillingness to help, laziness, and just overall rudeness to a customer is not! We spent thousands at hardware stores last year, and will be doing so at competitors from here on out and urging our acquaintances to do so as well. Customer service like this is in part why brick and mortar is losing out to the online retailers. I'll gladly read the directions myself without the attitude, for a much lower price.

I don't know if it was because of my race or if it was because I was a female, but the 3 guys working in the store completely ignored me. Then when I asked where a few items were 1 pointed, 1 told me to read the signs at each isle and the 3rd acted as if he did not understand me when I asked where the hammer was....needless to say Menards, Home depot, Lowes and Walmart. Will be where I will shop NEVER AGAIN AT Ace

Took my weedeater to be repaired, dropped it off July 9th was returned to me two weeks later and it wasn't repaired it broke within an hour so I returned it the same day and just got it back on August 30th...I prefer to shop local but I'll never use them for small engine repair again.
