Lucky Dog is extremely clean and cozey. It has more of a homey feeling rather than a kennel. You can tell the owner truly cares about your pet and their care. My dogs get their own bed and absolutely love it there!

Lucky Dog goes out of their way to take care of your pup. Stella is a frequent visitor as I have to travel without her at times. She can't wait to go as soon as we turn into the driveway and so excited to see Mike, she doesn't even look back to say goodbye! And worn out when I pick her up

Luxury dog hotel, in my opinion this place is the top of the list in doggie boarding. Have them booked for our spring vacation for the 2nd time.Tara has a new place, so glad to see her get excited when I say, you ready to go see Uncle Mike. She got all happy and started jumping and ran to the door. She gets her own space and bed and gets to have toys from home. Top level!

My dog Oddy absolutely loves Lucky Dog. When he sees where he is he tries to jump out of the car and sprints to the door. The owner is super nice and it’s clean and smells amazing considering all the dogs. Our dog loves it there and we know he is in great hands every time he is dropped off!

This was our first time boarding our dog. We were super nervous! However, we were reassured that she would be well taken care of and she was! We checked on her about 2 days into our trip, and let our kids talk to her thru the phone. That caused some anxiety for her that following night. The owner checked on her and sat with her periodically thru the night! Love that!! The establishment is clean and very welcoming.

Lucky dog in quincy illinois has by far one of the worst owners I have ever come across. He acts so humble and kind to your face and completely turns when things don't go his way. He tried to state my dog showed signs of aggression so he didn't have to refund my money when he stated my dog wasn't responding well to him. I had family pick up my pups and they stated no such agression or distress. Then left my husband a message stating lies thinking I wouldn't hear the message. Dogs have a good sense of character and I fully believe this owner is sketchy. Don't recommend.

We haven't boarded our lil pups more than twice in their 12 years of life so we, of course, were worried about EVERYTHING that was involved in sending them to a kennel for 4 days/3 nights. They are used to sleeping in bed, being spoiled and not super socialized to be honest. When I found Lucky Dog's website and saw that they offered 6x6 rooms with a toddler sized bed I was immediately drawn to that! Plus the fact that they were a 5 star and had great reviews!! We just got back from vacation and picked our lil babes up, who were definitely excited that we came back for them, LOL!! The owner is VERY friendly and AMAZING with the dogs, PLUS you can't beat the prices for the services offered. We found out that our little ones were able to make a new friend playing outside for recess and did exceptionally well!! I HIGHLY recommend Lucky Dog hotel and we will most definitely be taking our dogs there when in need of boarding. THANK YOU LUCKY DOG!!!
