I had to buy a new winter coat and the associate at the register saved me another $30 by scanning some coupons she had! I really appreciated it! There was also another associate, who actually worked in the Sephora in the store, who helped me find the coats and I really appreciated her help as well! I'm sad I didn't catch either of their names though.

Good shopping destination in the locality. They have a good parking lot, very spacious. They have good entry and is always clean. There is a lot of option to shop just like a regular Kohls.

Freakin robbed the place!!! Jkjk but felt like it with saving $650 dollars on clearance mens sweaters and tshirts! Chaps stuff izod etc….i got 13 items at $7 average!!!! 90% off a lot of it!!! I don’t get to Quincy that much but when I do I will forever stop in this Kohls and raid that clearance! The cashier was pretty stuckity though only complaint I have…

One of the worst examples of customer service I've ever experienced. I had to drop my rating from a 4 Star to a 1 Star. The cashier is the last opportunity for any customer to have a great experience during any transaction. Kohl's failed.

Kohl's store in Quincy, is simply the best! we buy all of our clothing there, plus many household items! I do almost 100% of my Christmas shopping there for all the kids & Grandkids!

Matt Hale is an excellent cashier. He is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Great customer interaction. Very positive. Was able to park my order while I picked up additional items. I returned to the store later the same day. The only disappointment was to discover my email coupon was a one-time use. Matt offered a scratch off coupon. My Wallet had a better coupon but the offer was appreciated.

The young woman checking me out said I would get 35% off my entire purchase if I applied for a credit card so I did. I only bought two items. One was name brand. She didn't tell me it doesn't include name brands. I wouldn't have taken the time to fill out the information for a credit card if I was only going to save a couple of dollars.

I am new to the universe of Kohl's. I am formally a Macy's shopper. However I had 2 terrible experiences with an overtly rude and intentionally unfriendly person who apparently wouldn't know customer service from an asteroid plummetting towards earth. I purchased my girlfriend a 50$ Kohl's gift card as an incentive from another store for Christmas. That got us into the store. Now we are hooked. We love Kohl's products and their prices. My girlfriend is obsessed with Kohl's cash. Thank Kohl's. We shall return.

The only clothes store I will shop at in Quincy. The employees are helpful and courteous. The best part is even that when it's busy they check you out very quickly. The store director is doing a fantastic job!

I don't like the 'reset' of the store. I feel like the jr. section doesn't have near the selection it used to. I feel like the store as a whole has went downhill the last couple years. And when leaving the parking lot, the bushes at the end of the lot make it hard to see if there's any traffic coming.

Works for basics, but most of their clothes are out of style. For being a department store, they don’t have many name brands. If you’re not wrapped up in their rewards system, it’s a bit overpriced. Nice brick and mortar store to browse on occasion. There’s usually a long line when I go.
