I have never encountered such rude and und unprofessional employees in my life. They have 0 customer service skills. Even if you prove them wrong, they will argue they are right. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions out of this pharmacy asap. 1, they will go against Dr orders, per their policies. 2. They will flat out refuse to fill Dr's order's. They have lost control substance prescription and blame it on you. This time they told me to come back Sunday to pick up prescription and weren't even openness so I suffered for 2 days. No excuses for their behavior. I'm done.

People working there are awful. Rude, condescending and make you feel like trash for the medications you take. There are issues every time with a certain prescription, even when the Dr personally calls. I have literally NEVER experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism.

We have been using this pharmacy for close to 10 years because it’s close to our house. It’s literally the worst pharmacy in town... we’ve never loved it... it’s time to find something different! We are CONSISTENTLY having issues with our prescriptions on the pharmacy’s end of things, most employees are too lazy to help you figure out why insurance won’t cover it, they also don’t fill it when the script comes through. My son with heart problems went without a normal medication for days because they “didn’t see it (the script) come through”. They’ll also tell you it’ll be 1/2 hour... but it’s more like 2hrs.... literally...they NEVER have our scripts ready when we come back to get them!One of our household members has a chronic disability, her meds are never ready when they’re supposed to be, leaving us to sit there for hours, they tell us to go shop while we wait 🤔 feels like a setup to make us spend more money than anticipated. When filling monthly pain medication for the chronic disability the employees make her feel like an addict.

Rosa the RN and Kristin pharmacist were spectacular in helping me to navigate my Medicare benefits to now get the shingles 2nd shot free today. Rosa helped me to check my primary care online portal to check on my date of the first shot.

I had to move to hyvee pharmacy because my pharmacy closed. I can’t believe the difference Hy-Vee never has Rx ready when promised (give us a half hour) it usually takes twice as much time or more. I have dropped off an RX in the evening around 5 went to pick it up the next morning almost an hour after they were open and it still wasn’t done! Handed the script to an employee I was told it would be ready in an hour. Came back an hour later and the employee left for lunch and just put my script down so I had to wait almost another hour because she forgot to put my script in the computer before she left. Absolutely ridiculous!! The most unorganized pharmacy I have ever seen!! Looking to change pharmacies!!

My wife has chronic health problems which are controlled through her medications. She routinely has to go without her meds because the pharmacy didn't see the script. They always say it will be a half hour, but it's never ready when we go to pick it up. This has been a continuous issue over the past 5 years. staff always seems inconvenienced.

My wife has a severe illness that is managed by her prescription. Multiple times its been called in at the beginning of the day for them to tell me it's not in yet or not ready. So when I call the pharmacy myself to explain her situation they apologize for the "error" and I'm left waiting another 20-30+ minutes while they get the medication they've had the ENTIRE time. This is the ABSOLUTE WORST pharmacy I've ever encountered.

They always say 30 min to fill your script. More like 2 or more hours. They're super slow. They need more help apparently, because they're the worst pharmacy to get meds from. If I had to depend my life on their word of filling my script in 30 min, I know I would surely die. Get it together Hyvee pharmacy. This is bullhonky at its finest. I'm disappointed.

i have requested several time for meds to be delivered all request was denied, and unwilling to work with me and other with there disabilities that causes them to sleep all day i have called and asked for updates on meds by the 1rst of the month so i can order the ones i need, claim was made that i haven't provided updates on meds about resupply, when i have called back several times and left messages i am home bound cant right compromising my home using public transit and disabled transit had severally lock down to scheduling ride to pick up meds and taking care of other needs, due to restrictions and abuse i am being punished with the new policy,cuz lack of aid for low income and disabled

This pharmacy never has my medicine ready when they say it will be ready. Lines are so long and people who could actually help, are just standing around talking every time. They never, never, never answer the phone either.

The staff always have time to answer my questions. My family has a lot of medications. I like the app for refills. The staff know us on a first name basis and I like that a lot.

Agree! Slow, slow, slow. They are not set up to handle the business they have and no way to add check out windows at this pharmacy, which results in long lines and wait times.

There are only about 4 good employees. Had a RUDE employee Memory working. Definitely moving across elsewhere.
