I love looking at everything. I used their mobility chair. It was comfortable and well maintained. I just love how well tended and clean everything is. I could tell how well the store is run through its communication on the overhead speaker and the friendly customer service.

Updating my orgional review: sadly I've now seen first hand one of my friends designs ripped off by hobby lobby. And they stole another cross stitch designers pattern as well. Shameful + unethical.They have a better selection of jewelry making supplies + cross stitch/embroidery supplies then Joanns however the coupons aren't as great. I come here because it is the only store in Quincy that carries DMC 1-35 and DMC varigated. I do like the storage options + candles but my biggest issue with HL is that anything that has an employee placed price tag has varying prices on the same items. Here is an example picture I took today in the store. All the same yarn, all the same color, all from the same bin. Each of the 3 skeins has a different price. Fyi the 2 I bought both rang up $6.49 (one was priced $5.99) And aside from that I had to remind the cashier to apply the stated discount in the ad/store didplays to the jewelry making supplies today.Summary more selection than Joanns but less coupons, pricing issues and cashiers must be reminded to honor posted sales.*** I also once around Feb 2018 had a custom framing denied to me because the subject manner of my item did not align with the companies values, however one of the nice employees from the framing department later caught up to me in the store and helped teach me what to buy to frame it myself with their supplies because that employee felt bad I was turned away. That employee showing ne that kindness helped retain me as a customer after being rudely turned away by a higher up in the framing department. I did buy the supplies I was shown by that employee there and no longer try to get anything framed at Hobby Lobby because I don't want the embarrassment of being turned away again/to give money to a department that treats long time customers like that. ***

This Hobby Lobby was clean and organized. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about where the products were! We don't visit Hobby Lobby a lot in general cause of the prices but we'll definitely be back to this one for our crafting needs!

Beautiful decorations, furniture, art supplies, and more! All at amazing prices and they're constantly having sales! And if you get their Hobby Lobby App, you'll get a new coupon every week! And, this is a Christian business! So many different things you can find with Scripture on it. Truly a great place to shop!

I love hobby lobby. I was not happy that they no longer offer the online coupon anymore! They had a ton of sales going on, but unfortunately most of the items I purchased wasn't on-sale 😕 However, I still enjoyed my visit. The employee was extremely helpful!

The store is stocked and organized and there's always an employee right around the corner somewhere if I need help. I miss the 40% off coupon, and I just now learned they don't do that anymore 😂, I guess it's been awhile since I've shopped at Hobby Lobby. Also I miss their seasonal Halloween items 😢. A few years ago I purchased one of my favorite coffee mugs ever there, it was a Halloween witch themed mug. I don't know why they don't have Halloween items anymore, they have Fall items but nothing to do with Halloween 😭🧙🏼🎃💀👹.

The new setup of the fabric department in Quincy is horrible. They have four rows of bolts pushed together. With the tallest ones in the middle and the shorter on the outside. Not sure who’s idea it was but it’s a bad one. as a short person it’s impossible to see the top of the bolts To find out fabric contents. You have to pull the bolts down to read them and then reach over to put them back. It also looks really cluttered and crowded now not appealing to the eye at all. It’s also difficult to find things with it all pushed together. It was always my first stop for fabric because things were easy to fine.

I get lost in their stores for hours. So many things to look at. They have a little bit of everything. The only complaint is they need to be more accurate on there sales stuff. I've been there several times when customers have had problems with thinking something was on sale and was not.

They always shut down bathrooms in the last 30 mins before closing. My husband has mobility issues, so before getting on the road we stop to go. The guy who does the bathrooms often does not let us use. One night he hadn't even started yet. And I rushed passed saying I would be quick. He said no there was a mess he had to clean up. I could not hold it whatsoever, went in, and saw no mess. Unprofessional, and (controlling/weird)?

I have always loved hobby lobby but my last visit was notable. Me & a friend spent over 2 hours wondering and gathering items for my toddlers Tarzan costume I was making. Everyone in the store was awesome help, answered many questions, pointed us to the right area, and even took us to correct aisles when we couldn't follow simple directions lol upon checkout I realized I had laid my wallet down somewhere. Several employees helped me search for upward of 20 minutes before an employee found it in one of the first aisles we shopped in. My mild heart attack subsided & we was able to finish making our purchase by paying for our items. My day (actually week) could have made a turn for the worse but thankfully it didn't 😁
