Can’t speak to the medicinal side of this location, but the recreational employees are rude and impatient, and just generally unwelcoming. Would not recommend for those visiting a dispensary for the first time.

Herbal Remedies is a wonderful dispensary! They helped me with my paperwork, to get my medical card, 5 years ago, and the staff goes above & beyond to find the best products for their customers, and patiently answer all of your questions. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and when I was really confused on what to get for my first purchases, they will explain not only the names of the products, but how it can affect you, what time of day or night to take them, and a good starting dose. Thank you for everything!

Drove over an hour to get there. Really needed to use the restroom. Asked the lady checking in about a restroom and she said they didn't have one. She wanted to do new patient paperwork. I really needed a restroom. Didn't see the exit and she had moved on to checking others in. I asked again about a restroom and she told me I could see if any other stores in the plaza had one. I asked how to get out of the building as I have never been here and she showed me. Came back got back in. No new patient discounts unlike most dispensarys I've been to. And the guy the sales floor asked if I was buying something I told him I was a little upset with the facility. He did not ask why. Did not try to remedy the situation. Just asked that I step aside. So I left. With no purchases.10/6/23 update. They are glad I brought these concerns to their attention. Glad they had time to address this 9 MONTHS later.

This place is phenomenal!!! The customer service is above and beyond!! They know ya by name as soon as you walk in! I have been going to HR since 2017 and I have never been disappointed. They have an awesome inventory of accessories and a nice array of products! The Staff will blow you away with their friendliness and knowledge.

10/10!!!! Buying products like this still has a stigma, thankfully you forget all about that when you walk in the door. At minimum, several people will say hello and call you by name. Truly amazing service and support through it all.

Every single time I visit, the Staff are very welcoming, compassionate and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. Very informavite and well knowledged team members. Never a cross word between them showing the level of professionalism that eases the mind and leaves the complexities in very capable hands.

I really have grown to love this establishment and there personal!! Are they absolutely perfect? No. Who is though? Are you? I'm not! That being said the VERY FEW and FAR in between MINOR problems I have had with them, have ALWAYS been met with an EQUAL or GREATER ATTEMPT to CORRECT said issue!! I have grown great relationships with most of the personal, I get greeted by name and treated as a patient instead of just a possible walking wallet or purse. I can honestly say I have never felt threatened or in any kind of immediate danger at any of there establishments. I highly recommend giving them a try, especially if you have the benefit of a medical card as they are usually faster at filling your order and they give better discounts compared to other local dispensaries!! The online ordering is fantastic. Your order is ready within 5-10 min after placing it. Everything is always correct and the service is always warm and friendly inside the store. You never have to wait long either. Highly recommended both of their dispensaries in Quincy, IL over Rise.Especially with online service...simply cannot be beat. Great job guys!

Incredible, flawless, enriching, and stress free experience. As a long time believer in cannabis, it actually brought me to tears to see people finally do good by the plant. Everything is wonderful about this place, but they have the most important thing nailed (product knowledge). They recognize that we are all still learning much about cannabis and actually step up to the responsiblity of educating themselves and others. This store is a beautiful sight to see and gives me so much hope for the industry. Bless these people.

Again a good little dispensary this place has both a medical and recreational dispensary. To access the medical side you must hold a medical card and valid state ID. The rec side can be accessed with anyone with a valid state ID. High quality selection of marijuana products and merchandise. As with all herbal remedies dispensaries that I have visited their staff is awesome and very helpful and friendly.

The people are great here. They are very informative & service is quick & efficient. My only complaint is that their prices are higher than any other dispensary. If they were in line with the other places, I would go there 100% of the time.

Staff were very friendly and helpful with questions I had. Prices aren't horrid and product availability is limited, but with all new businesses it's a given. Will be back for sure. I would suggest the times be changed online. Online only has times for the medical side not recreational.

Great customer service... it just the cannabis there is not consistent enough for me as a patient. All bulk is never good smoke.. and then its made up names just to get pushed off the shelf.. and lies on thc content for sales. WEST COAST HERE I COME

Been there twice. The first time was only a couple weeks after recreational legalization, so there wasn't much there. I kept an eye on the online menu, and returned about a week ago. I LOVED it. The guy helping me was very smart and helpful, I got to buy some things I've never tried. Heaven.

What can I say besides my second family. I absolutely love this place and the people who inhabit it on a daily basis. Nothing but stupendous service and smiling faces, being a medical patient has halted my use of the psychotropic drugs, painkillers, and even alchohol that I was accustomed to to mend my wounds as a combat veteran. If your scared or think this can't help you then just go in and talk to April. She and everyone in there are fantastic and can help you and will in any way they can. This place is a blessing, and the people in it are as well, thank you guys so much for all you do.

This dispensary is very clean & smells AMAZING! YOU NEED ID UPON ENTRY! Prices are relatively high, but you know it is Illinois 😉 The employee's are extremely kind & knowledgeable! I'd rate 5 stars but they were currently out of flower except for two strains. Would love to visit again!

Love this place the workers always nice. They always try to make sure you are happy with your medicine. The online ordering is great from there website you can sit at home order your medicine and it will be waiting for you that day to pay for it after 6pm you will have to pick it up the next day. #freetheplant
