Had a product not work ans the workers told me to bring them the product so I could prove to them that it didn't work outside. Now I get that u can't belive everyone who says their carts don't work but come on. Ur employees told me to BREAK THE LAW BY DRIVING WITH A OPEN PRODUCT AND TOLD ME TO ATTEMPT TO HIT THE PRODUCT ON THE PROPERTY. Terrible customer service.

This is a really neat little dispensary. Their decor is awesome. However their location is a bit hard to access from Broadway and it is a bit hard to get back on Broadway after leaving. High quality selection of medical and recreational marijuana, smoking accessories, other products and merchandise. Awesome friendly staff.

I am not a fan of shopping in Quincy. Every store, restaurant, gas station that I have ever been to, people are rude. This place...I love. The people are friendly and helpful. I did not know that there were so many varieties and options. They spent twenty minutes with me figuring out what I was looking for. Definitely going back.

In my opinion the website has taken a turn for the worst. It's really cheaply made. I don't know if there trying to make it like cookies dispensary in Hannibal Missouri. It's harder to navigate in my opinion. I stopped buying from here since the change.

Beautiful store. Easy to find. Pretty decent selection. The bud I bought was not dried out in the least which is not always the case with dispensaries. Even for "popcorn" they are still good sized, with good amounts of trichomes on them. The weight wasn't light either. The extract is beautiful. While it's not close to my house I think it was worth the drive and I will go back.

The selection is ok and prices are IL so high but most of the staff are great and knowledgeable however Kendra, the supervisor mainly for 18th street location is the worst! She is rude to customers and especially staff, she has the worst attitude and hygiene! Noone likes to work with her and she should have been fired for abuse of power and terrible attitude. She talks about customers when they are in ear shot and constantly talk down to staff....I quit because she was a nightmare to be around. You know for a cannabis store there should be better vibes and better management

Very visible, great prices on pipes, which they can afford to take a on due to charging 150% for flower. It's up to each person to decide if the variety of such a business is worth the pricing

My best advice about this dispensary. Check the website before you go. Do your own research. I really appreciate the online order and quick in store pick up. My only complaint is sales people trying to sell a product they haven't tried, or who don't enjoy cannabis themselves. I use this as a medicine. I have several gi illnesses that are making me very sick. The usual medicines don't work for me and I can't take opiates for pain at all. Cannabis is my best medicine. It allows me to be able to get through my day. Without it I have no doubt that I would be hospitalized or worse. Thank you to the staff at the store I use. Your customer service is outstanding.
