Bought the 1/2" Hercules impact wrench off their markdown table a couple of weeks ago. Just tried to use it and of course it's broke. I should have known. Well I'm not worried I spend so much money there I know they will refund me. Nope. The manager told me I had 5 days to return it. Nobody told me that. Even if they did I spend so much damn money at this store. Not anymore. Go somewhere else.

terrible customer service! me and a friend spend thousands of dollars there and promotes their tools and they sell us faulty broken tools and won't replace or fix them. beware what you buy from here. one of their female managers was very rude and unprofessional as well

Went in for a specific tool, asked an employee and she took me straight to the rack. People usually buy these for help holding glass, but we heard you can also slide laminate flooring into place, and it worked great!! We used both.

I found the store to have reasonable prices for it's tools as well as being extremely well organized. I went in for fuel line disconnecter, found it within 30 seconds of walking the door for several dollars less than the previous store I had visited.

I absolutely love Harbor Freight! As a crafter that is always trying new things, I can get so much more for the money. My newest endeavor has been jewelry making and I was able to get several tools and pack of 100 vinyl gloves for under $30.

A cheap tools depot. Most the tools aren't worth owning but they have a few gems. Their dust collectors, multi tool, dremel, and impact sockets are pretty nice. Some of the new names they have in stock look and feel pretty nice (though I cant contest for their quality) and most brands don't even come close to their cheap prices
