Was not impressed with the store it was very cluttered! Asked cashier about a curtain rod I was needing as it was not were I had gotten there approximately 10 months ago I asked her if maybe there some in store room she said if it wasn't out were it was suppose to be then they were out she didn't even offer to go look! There was a couple of carts as you walked in with several clearance items in them and it said price as marked! Well find some curtains only needed one pair they were marked $8.00 fine however as I was shopping I discovered that was the original price so they were not on clearance! Didn't buy them!

Went after school supplies and was impressed with the fact I managed to get most of the things I needed. Usually I have to go to three or four stores to get everything. Plus the staff there are super friendly and helpful.

Everytime i go to the Family Dollar on 12th & Harrison Quincy i am usually greeted with a smile, but, only 3 of the employees are friendly and helpful, the other one is rude, bitchy & pissy towards the customers. I get the feeling that this employee really doesnt value her job. I dont believe she is a people person snd therefore shes in the wrong job. I try to go to the store earlier in the day to avoid contact with this particular employee.

Ever employee was helpful and even went out of the way to help. The store was clean and we'll organized. And of course, the prices were fair.

It's ok. Kinda jammed packed in some parts of the store. Employees are very nice. Overall I can't complain.

Went to the store on Sunday to purchase a few items around 6:30 PM, the door and the website said they remained open until 10pm. But the store had closed at 6 PM. No wonder everything in Quincy goes out of business, no one cares to service the customer.

Just about everything you need is at Family Dollar. Very neat and clean store. Associates were very helpful and friendly.

This store literally never has anything you need on the shelves. They need to hire some employees by the looks of the place. I can never find anything I need.
