The isles are always blocked with things that need to be stocked. In my wheelchair im either pulling things off shelf or the end isle things making it to narrow for me to go through. Lampe hi rise most them have wheelchairs and cant go thru. You need to hire about 6 ppl to work over night stocking and cleaning.

Bought a google play gift card from this establishment got home tried the code was invalid went back got another card and same called the store was told by the employee that happens alot with their gift cards which is ridiculous because they are selling cards that don't work out 60 bucks on cards that I called the support number they gave just to be directed to the website which was unhelpful thinking of taking legal action for this as that is theft.

This Family Dollar is as you expect it to be. They're typically well stocked and staff is kind and helpful. The place is pretty clean and merchandise is accessible. Nothing above and beyond, but I appreciate the consistency.

They have great products at great prices, but they need to step up their game as far as customer service goes. At least eight or more of us customers had to wait in line for one cashier for nearly 15 minutes before another cashier showed up and opened a second register.

The manager was busy stocking shelves. Cashier handling duties and maining the front line. I was able to find what I needed with little assistance needed. Store was clean, inside and out.

The manager was very helpful, and even forgave me for accidently knocking off a bottle of Shaving Lotion. It all spilled out. The store is well keep and clean. And prices are reasonable. 🧑
