One of my better experiences today Easter shopping for the office and my munchkins. Lots of good items to choose from to make uniquely made with scratch and the heart baskets. Hot some really cute Easter decor for the office.I LOVE OUR DOLLAR TREE......AS LONG AS IT ISN'T A MESS AND PRODUCT IS IN THE AISLES TO BE PUT ON THE SHELVES. I UNDERSTAND YOUR UNDER STAFFED BUT PUSH FOR EXTRA HOURS IF YOU CAN.THANK YOU FOR A PLEASANT TRIP TODAY.

Line moved quickly today. Found more than I needed, as usual. Good resource for party favors and supplies. Only gave 4 star rating since it is no longer a Dollar Tree, charging instead $1.25 for items.

One of my favorite places to shop, especially for things where I'm not worried about it being a brand name or that is short term or might get lost. Price is always great especially if I'm not sure ir I will Need It, but for a buck, why not, just in case. Inventory changes often so sometimes I'm just there to see, especially for the kids, like craft items.

LoVe the Dollar Tree in Quincy, IL. The staff are so friendly and polite. A Huge shout out to the manager during the morning shift for going above & beyond to please her customers. The shelves are Always fully stocked. I was also excited to find out that they accept manufacture coupons. Bonus‼️

I don't know if management reads these or not but they need to speak with a female staff member about her attitude with customers. On Dec27th at approx 3 pm. I entered the Quincy store looking for money greeting cards. I looked first then approached this girl and asked where the item was. She quipped " they are all gone you know Christmas is over.". She didn't even use eye contact or offer to get them. I told her Christmas isn't over for some people. In her first statement she gave then impression that they were all sold, then she said they were put away. I have never had a problem with anyone there all are very helpful.. I know people don't want to work but that was a detriment to your business.

I love the store but it is going down hill. Maybe it is because they are short staffed. Which I understand how that goes. But something does need to be done. The store is always a mess and hard to walk around. And right now with the covid virus going on, I was a little disappointed on how staff wore their masks pulled down. None of this will make me stop coming. Staff is always more than nice to me.

Attempted to go in 10 minutes before closing to buy 1 thing. I knew exactly where it was and would have easily been out before closing. A very rude employee refused to let me enter the store. Even though both the sign on the door and Google said they were open for another 10 minutes. I have worked in retail for 14 years. I get that it sucks when people stay past closing time. However, that wasn't the case and is no excuse to be rude.

I love going to Dollar Tree because it's cheap not crowded and clean spacious. ( It works just perfectly for me because I have social anxiety and can't be in crowded surroundings.) ( Because it makes me flustered and stuff!

Poor management. Whoever orders product for this store needs to be fired immediately. When freight comes in shelves are stocked for 2 or 3 days. Then it looks like they are going out of business until the next truck comes in. One of the worst Dollar Tree stores I've been to. On the bright side all of the cashiers are very pleasant.

I love the store, and how inventory is always changing, but I had a somewhat bad experience at this store today. The cashier at the Quincy location-named April- was very rude with us because I asked her to do a split transaction between my debit card and cash, she gave me a dirty look and acted like it wasnt her job to help me. I normally have great experiences at this store so aside from thus associate, its a great experience! Would be 5 stars if her cistomer service was better.

Went to the store lastnight was told by the acting person in charge for the night that they just got a truck in so what I wanted would be on the shelf tomorrow. Ok great I thought. Called today to make sure it was on the truck same girl stated well maybe tomorrow our stocking team was called off. Really on the 23rd of December!Our cashier was helpful. I have noticed a lot of new people working right now and the customer service has gone down hill.

Depending what you buy it's worth it. 20 peices of gum for 1.08 is a great deal. Very friendly staff always willing to help. If you need readers this is a great place since they are only a buck and have a good selection with different styles. They even have sunglass readers!!

Store seems good. They were rearanging everything. So shelves were a little bare. I needed an ice cube tray. They brought some out of the back just for me. Very nice workers

Amazing experience. I know that sounds silly in retail. But a gentleman that works there by the name of Nate went over and beyond my expectations. He went in the back and got me everything I wanted that had just came in on the truck! Thank you Nate! Merry Christmas!

Not going to Dollar Tree anymore. I'm not paying $1.25 for items I can get somewhere else closer to me for $1. The whole point of going to Dollar Tree is that everything is $1.

Wide variety but it is hit & miss on some items with no guarantee if items will be carried again or not. Lots of good stuff but shop wisely, could be cheaper elsewhere.
