Asked cashier/ manager, about the digital coupons how to apply them .she said , I don't have any contol over digital coupons. Do you want this or what do you want to do? I just asked for help. But instead she's playing on her personal phone. I asked for the Manager, she said i am the Manager. My Lord ,, I think some training on digital coupons and definitely customer service would help Tremendously!!!!

With this store located 1/2 block from work, it's easy to run in for otc medicines or other misc items. From greeting cards to pet supplies, their selection is decent & the employees are always friendly. The only negative I've experienced is I've had some of their candy taste old/stale. Just check the expiration dates to insure freshness. All the other food I've purchased has been good.

Same as the majority of Dollar General's. Not the cleanest or most organized, but not the worst I've been in. Some of the prices are reasonable for the products you're purchasing, while others are extremely gouged for low quality items or quantities. Cashier's were very nice at this location and helpful. That's about it.

Horrible customer service! A co worker or manager let me walk in the store. Watched me pick items off the shelf and then when I got to the register told me they were closed. The time was 8:30 am. The hours for this store are 8:00am-9pm.

I have always felt like I am a important buyer the employees have no problem answering my questions when I was wheel chair bound they would help get the items on the higher shelfs. I want share the song my daughter made up of this store when hard time fell on us we lived on 400.00 a month. Dollar General is our store we go there cuz we Are poor.this Is not a insult to the store it's a compliment the prices was low so we could buy what we needed. Thank You

The store is a little small and often crowded with merchandise but usually very well stocked and has what I need most of the time. It seems to be a much quieter location compared to other Dollar General's I have been in.

So happy for our little town to have a DG. Perfect place to run and pick up odds and ends. Prices are great! Staff are hometown girls so it's like seeing family when you stop in!!!

My family and I were in the store shopping. We had a cart full of Halloween items. My 4 year old and I are both dancing around (we had to use the bathroom.) We tried to wait until we left the store but couldn't hold it any longer. We went up to the front counter and asked the cashier if we could use her bathroom. My toddler has his legs crossed saying he needs to go and I'm four months pregnant. The cashier tells us we cannot use the bathroom, it's not for public use. Needless to say, we left our cart full of items and left right away! I understand not opening the bathroom for people who are not customers. But this was rude and uncalled for. We went somewhere else for our items and won't return!

As a paying customer i was not allowed to ues the bathroom. I understand that this store is located in our "downtown" district and that random people come in to use the bathroom. But I'm spending more than $20 i really can't use the bathroom real quick?? Pore customer service

It has all the things you are looking for in a Dollar General. But this store is going downhill. It is very dirty in here and the store is not in very good shape. The staff is also very rude and unprofessional. They do have good prices and good deals going on most of the time. But I cannot get over the store as a whole.

This place is always a mess and I always have to move large cart things full of merchandise in order to get simple things like water. They never get their truck put up because they are lazy and sit around (literally sit) the register and chit chat. An assistant manager no less! This new manager doesnt manage. I go here multiple times a week

I called this store checking to be sure they had the xbox gold live card that was in last weeks ad for $10 off. Gentleman I talked to didn't even know it was in the ad. He finally said they would honor the sale price. I traveled 30 miles to get the card. When checking out, the cashier said it did not ring up with $10 discount and she could not override the price. She called the gentleman that I talked to and their "solution" to the $10 difference was to get a $10 blanket, scan it, override the price to come up to zero and I basically would pay the $24.99 for the card and get a free blanket. WHAT?? I told the cashier I did NOT want a blanket, I wanted the $10 off the card. She said she could not do that. Her register would not ring it up that way. I said, well that's ridiculous because I bought one at the Barry DG and had no trouble with the sale price. Needless to say, I was furious and left. That store is a mess. Very poor customer service. I drove to the 30th street DG, picked up the same card, cashier rung it up and it scanned the sale price. Surprise!What a joke the Maine Street DG is!If I could give this store zero stars, I would!

I love dollar General overall. Fabulous to get anything you MUST HAVE RIGHT NOW. But the dg on 6th and Maine is ok. People are great but selection is medicore and store feels a bit run down and dirty

I personally would rather not shop there but there's literally nothing wrong with the store. It's a little messy some times but it has house hold essentials and clothes along with every days needs and medicine. We went there for a medicine my doctor told me I need to start taking daily and they had it.

Business building is too small for as much items they have and half time their frozen foods not full of food they sell pulls their aisles are too narrow they need a bigger store and widen out more aisles

I would rank it less than one but one's as low as you can go all the karts are out in the aisle so you can't get anything they don't put anything away so you have to move the shipping cards to get it what you want and then after you move it there's nothing on the shelf that you wanted anyway because it's on the shipping cart they haven't put it away the store sucks and all the help is very unfriendly
