Best people in town. This store has really nice people, all but one lady. I will shop there again and will endure because the other people are decent. Very nice and polite Tim and Greta both very nice and polite. Tim made me feel more than welcome and helped many times. He even offered his opinion on food items that I now buy as regular items because of his advice. The store was being stocked and it is hard to tend to customers and keep your eye out for the serious amount of shop lifters and still put stock away. I however found Tim (one of the key holders) doing that very thing as he offered to assist me by moving the stock that was on carts ready to be placed on shelves. Give the dude a break.... He is getting this store in line

Multiple times my family and I have come through here and the managers are horrible when it comes to customer service and belittling towards guests. I was just standing in checkout looking around for a staff member and a short manager came up rudely and said “staring isn’t going to help you” before I could even see her. It’s been a while since that incident. But today my hubby came in for medicine and used the wrong card. The male and female manager previously mentioned snapped on me when I charged the wrong card and asked them to help me correct it. Super rude consistently. Save some sanity and shop elsewhere.

There is a cashier there that is always hateful. I seem to get her all the time. Ugh i am a happy person but i dread going to cash out. The store itself is great i can run in there and get what i need. It's clean that's a plus

This place is ALWAYS. ALWAYS a huge mess. Can't access most of the items you are looking for.Management needs to rework the store or get more efficient employees to stock and then clear the aisles.

Store is typical Dollar General, understaffed and underpaid. Dollar General really could improve their sales if they would staff the stores to get aisles cleared and shelves stocked. Can't tell you how many times they are out of what I am looking for.

The sales lady was so awesome, she took time to answer my questions and was very sweet. The only problem I had was with the internet in there. Tell that wonderful girl Thanks again and she deserves a raise, because I will definitely return to Dollar General again ❤

everytime i shop here the sales person is so RUDE when i shop and spend my money i should get some respect im going to stop shopping there and just go walmart i hate this store

Staff were very courteous when i needed help and the items i wanted were in stock. My only complaint is the self check out lane was confusing at first when trying to buy a prepaid gift card.

I have been to this store both Saturday 4/1 & Sunday 4/2 and they were closed. This was at 1pm & 2 pm. Do they just open when they want. It says open.

I love the store out on 12th, it usually has most everything I use. Plus, I just started using the digital coupons which are plentiful and I can choose in the app and upload at the register by entering my phone number.

Those folks at 30th & Broadway got the friendliest staff, best service of all the DG's in town! The store isn't the biggest nor does it have the largest variety but it's the best of the bunch!

Is the most disorganized store even after remodel. Unfriendly and uncomfortable as I would not go in if there if 30th had coolers. Which means driving from 12th to 30th when living less than a block from this one.

This store has a great selection of grocery items!! We live in a subdivision on the outskirts of town and it is a quick convienent way for me to grab something I need.

The cashier had the personality of a brick wall, isles always narrow with stock and clutter. Cheap snacks is the only reason I visit here.

I was suppose to have bought a rechargable Visa card. The clerk was sure it was rechargeable. NOT. Went to another $ General clerk said it's a gift card. NOT rechargeable.

The floors in the store were filthy there were carts full of stuff to be put on the shelves and every aisle it look like they hadn't restocked and days there were no lighters there to be bought look for Mountain Dew in 2 liter bottle the Shelf was empty and it was behind a large cart filled with store stock that I had to move the help acted like they were lost whoever their manager is is doing a piss-poor job and needs to be replaced
