The service was great, and my snickers iced latte was delicious, however, the cup was entirely filled up with ice. It’s the kind of ice cubes that take up a lot of surface area, so I think there was actually only a few ounces of liquid in my drink. I probably gulped it down in under a minute. It’s a great way for the business to save money and cut costs, however, it’s a waste of the customer’s money and ruined my first experience there.

This place deserves five stars and I have no idea why it doesn't have them. All the coffee and lotus drinks are amazing. This is NO way to go wrong. It's impossible. There is, or at least was, a small problem though. I haven't been to the original location in a while, but it used to take a long time to get through the line because there were so many people that wanted coffee. It might still be like this, but I don't really know. If it's really busy, just go to the other location. It probably won't have as much people.Kid-friendliness: There is nothing unfriendly for kids. The workers are really nice, and the atmosphere is kid-friendly.

I never have any issues at Carter's they all work so hard to get you exactly what you want and are so patiently willing to help you find something NEW to try! My entire family enjoys coming here!Also the points system is amazing as well.

Ridiculously SLOW service is the summary of this review. I'm from out of town and wanted to try out this establishment for the 1st time. Upon turning off the road I noticed a car on each side of the building at each window. It didn't seem to be clearly marked (or at all) which window to pull up to so I picked one. There was a vehicle already at the window that appeared to be paying. At eight minutes from when I pulled up, the same vehicle was still waiting at the window. I wasn't running late but didn't have 15-20 min (by the time I probably would've gotten my coffee) to spare just to get a cup of coffee at a drive-through-modeled coffee place. I left as I could've parked, walked into Starbuck's (would rather support a "smaller" business though), and walked back out in a shorter amount of time than it was taking this place just to get me up to the window to start my order. When I'm back in Quincy I might try this place again as I realize this was just one experience. Hopefully I can add more stars if I try it again.

It was our first time at a drive thru coffee place so very neat experience. Their menu is so large it was hard to make a decision, thankfully I took a picture of the QR code so I had time to look at the menu while we waited in line! There were three cars in front of us, we waited about 8-10 minutes, our drinks took maybe 3 minutes. And they were SO DELICIOUS 😍🤤Kid-friendliness: Lots of options to choose from. We got frappuccinos and the kids loved theirs!

So this is the best coffee place I've ever had in my entire life I am a regular like no other I go there every time I need a drink I get the same thing every time a funfetti frappe three shots of espresso and extra sprinkles. Now I know what you're thinking three shots of expresso that's a lot it comes with no coffee. So I struggle with hormonal cystic acne, and if anyone knows anything about that nine out of 10 times it's caused from a traumatic event in your life. The girls there like the ones that work there, are ruthless. They judge me, they laugh at me, and sometimes when they get the order wrong [which I really have no big problem with] I will walk up to the window and they'll all point at me and you see him talking and laughing and dreading to come up to the window although I've never been mean not once and they literally will not come up to the window I have to wait until a customer approaches and then you get like an attitude and some more stuff when I say I've left there crying before I really have. I'm 31 years old I never cry over anybody making fun of me or whatever I know that I look different than most people especially out here in Quincy. I choose to look different. I have tattoos everywhere including my face but that doesn't mean I'm a criminal. I literally have been humiliated walking away from this place or driving away. I just want to say it's not okay to judge somebody by the way that they look I'm a survivor of human trafficking and a recovering addict and struggle with PTSD and anxiety, and those girls they're young teenagers, early college, high school girls. But the way that they make you feel because you don't look like them or you're not as pretty as them or whatever it is like I wear a mask because I'm scared for anybody to see my cystic acne is embarrassing it looks gross people act like I am contagious or have a disease they don't want to touch my card or you know they wipe their hands off and they've done it to me there multiple times. If I didn't love the coffee as much as I did I would never go there. I'm a small business owner I design clothes and haven't e-commerce business that raises awareness for people just like me and I'm trying to change the way people think in this world instead of judging me why don't you wonder damn how to that happen to her I have deep scars all over my body and emotionally I just moved to Quincy in July of this year and I haven't been very welcomed which is okay but Carter's has by far been the worst I've ever been judged.

Great local drive thru coffee shop. Introduced my girlfriend to them and she hasn't been to Starbucks since. I enjoy the lotus drinks and our kids love the Boba! Girls love when you bring your dog thru for a pup cup too.

We heard so many great things about Carter’s on our recent trip to Quincy. When we finally made in into the line to order I was surprised that it was only established in 2020 as established as the good reputation is. The line was long each time we passed there, but they are very efficient in getting cars through quickly. My girls and I ordered coffee and iced chai, but when we got close to the menu we were excited to see offerings of smoothies and boba tea too. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced. Great job! Loved it!

Went there and waited for 30+ minutes while the service girls were chatting to the customers in the drive through the whole time. Once I finally got up there after 30 minutes they took my order and were rather rude. After waiting that long and seeing them chit chat and even chit chat while i was waiting for my drink having to wait longer, I decided to not tip. Once i got my drink I was pulling out and one of the workers said have a terrible day.

O my lordy lord. its amazing. Went there and I got a strawberry smoothie, and it was literally so good. the wait was 3-5 minutes which is much much better than Starbucks because with that its 8-10 minutes. 100000% recommend, customer service was also amazing. My daughter and I finally gave this shop a try, it was the best choice we have made. They have lots more choices and even have more choices for people having to watch their sugar. You get more of your money's worth :)Awesome 👌 👏Yesterday was lousy 10-22-22 at the maine coffee shop. The line took forever. People were backing out and leaving. I would of also if i wasn't stuck between other vehicles. I'm a patient person but it was ridiculous how long service was being taken care of. Usually they send someone out to start taking orders but did not yesterday. When I finally got to the order window, there was several people in the shop so I don't know why no one was sent out. The person at the window wigged out because a bee got close to her (eye roll). My patients was gone so I didn't have much sympathy. They messed up on my order but I wasn't waiting through that line again. 25 minutes if not more. Seriously?? Carters usually rocks but yesterday, someone was not taking charge. So a thumbs down. :/

Way overrated. Otherwise not bad but it takes THREE times as long to get through the drive thru than Starbucks. And Starbucks has a larger menu and dine in serving as well. So I don’t get how a drive thru only place with just drinks and two lines can be so slow as compared.

I've enjoyed everything I've had from here, they have a robust and interesting selection. The ever present line of cars seems daunting but they move quickly. It's great to see a local business being supported by the community and thriving. I also appreciated that the cold drinks aren't so jam packed with ice there is room for only like a 1/2 cup of drink.

Everything was really good! The wait staff was friendly overall, the drink was amazing at a fair price, the reason I am doing only three stars is because we are still in a pandemic. They do not wear masks at all, not a single worker had a mask on. It was a little disappointing considering that we have been in the pandemic well over a year. I get that it is a private business, but keeping people safe should be more of a priority.

Got a Pink Lotus Peach Frenzy with Mango Boba and a Red Lotus Strawberry Shortcake with Strawberry Boba - oh my goodness, so good! Best I've had this side of the Rocky Mountains! Also has my 16 yr old son addicted now too, we will definitely be back soon!Vegetarian options: Plant based Lotus drinks are amazing!

I don't live in the Quincy area but my parents and sister and her family do. They were always talking about getting a "Carters" and how great it was. I was visiting them this week and got to taste a "Carters." It was amazing and if you can get my mother to drink and brag about a fruity dream in a cup....kudos to you!!Dietary restrictions: Awesome that they have many sugar free options.

I had never been to Carter's before so I asked some friends what they would recommend and they said the Peach Frenzy. When I got towards the front of the line, a very nice woman came to take my order. I told her I'd like to try the Peach Frenzy and she asked if I'd ever had it before. When I said no, she immediately said she liked it and recommended I get a medium. Boy was she right! My first sip had me with goosebumps it was so good! The line is totally worth the wait!! I highly suggest trying the Peach Frenzy! I will definitely be returning for more!! Can't wait!

Long line, long wait time but I suppose that's what you deal with when getting delicious coffee! I got the "lucky charm" while my daughter ordered the "white chocolate mocha." The lucky charm is VERY flavorful and you can taste all the ingredients in it. The white chocolate mocha was good but no where near as flavorful. Will not order the white chocolate mocha again but will definitly try a different flavor next time.

Cute place and supporting local!! I've been two days in row and may continue while I'm in town. Great ladies working and seem to enjoy their jobs. The Lotus drinks were new to me and throughly enjoyed; love the variety too.
