Great experience and selection. Kim was super helpful and answered all my questions in my search to find a new workout shoe that I could comfortable run in AND lift in. I had concerns about the shoe not being flat enough to dead lift with, but she had two really great options.I also bought another pair of sorels which has become my favorite shoe brand for summer sandals and winter boots and now sneakers since they have started carrying them.The dog is cute too.

Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpul. Will spend as much time as needed until you find the perfect shoe for you. I needed a shoe that would work with a foot brace, and they helped me find shoes that would work with it. Have recommended to friends and family. Will definitely go back!

I went here because I was told they have a wide selection of hard to find sizes. The sales person was knowledgable however she was rude. She didn't seem to want to help me find what I needed and wanted. She only wanted to sell me what was going to make her the most money. After I got home I looked online at the same brand shoe and found that I can get them cheaper online.

I love the variety of styles there are here, and I always know I'm getting a good quality product when I make a purchase. The staff here is very friendly and helpful, and if you're lucky you will also get to meet the store mascot, a lovely old golden retriever named Riley!

If you are in the market for shoes, Carl's should be your first stop. They have a wide variety of all different styles, and are known for ordering in the exact pair you pick out if they dont already have!! Oh, and a friendly smile from the golden retriever is always pleasant!!

Bought a pair of shoes after I had foot surgery spent $180 for them and the sole started to fall off the shoe after 5 months of limited use they was comfortable but extremely bad quality for the money

they were very rude as soon as i walked in and said that i wear small sizes and then i tried on a pair of shoes and they didn’t fit and this old lady rudely said “well i can’t help you”. very rude staff and not a big selection
