Love my boots!!!I called in from California. I placed my order for some new Justin boots, but I told the ladies there I wanted them to be more worn out if they could stretch them for me and they sure as hell did that my boots are so comfy. I also went ahead and added New vibrant slip resistant soles as I work as a butcher but I like cowboy boots Best money I have spent with the best customer service ever!!!

Boyer had a sale on boots, they sold out so fast that my order was delayed due to a shortage on my size. Zoe, from Boyer contacted me immediately & asked if I wanted to wait for my size to be made or get a full refund or simply order a different size of a pair in stock. I ended up getting a 1/2 size different & she jumped right on my order. I love my handsome boots & they fit excellent & are very comfortable. Unfortunately, within a few weeks one of the soles came off. Zoe offered to ship them free of charge both ways in order to fix the 1 sole, but I suggested she send me shoe glue (cement). This arrived in short order & now I have my beautiful boots from a company that gives great sales & service! Thank you Zoe 🙌

If I could give Boyers no stars I would. We went there to pick out boots for my fiancé for his Valentine’s Day and birthday present. These boots in particular were special since they were to be the ones he wore on our wedding day. He picked a pair from the catalog in which they told us they could get anything out of. Several weeks later we called to see if they were in since we hadn’t heard anything and were informed they didn’t get ordered and they couldn’t be ordered after being told we could order anything out of the catalog. They ruined his valentines day, birthday, and now we are still in search for wedding day boots!

Staff does not know the difference between genuine leather and vinyl. I took my grandmother’s jacket in to see what could be done to repair a small tear in the leather and the staff member tried to tell me that it is vinyl. This obviously gave me zero confidence in their abilities to fix it correctly. Needless to say, I was not going to let them patch my grandmother’s leather and fur coat after this incident. Hard pass. Worth the drive to anywhere else for repairs.

I take all my exotics boots here for any and all repairs or needs and have recommended them to many others who are extremely happy with them, I will not use anyone else! I think they do a superb job and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. 5☆across the board. The best in a 500 mile radius! Great people, awesome quality, down home atmosphere. I found this company doing a Google search looking for a company that could restore a pair of Ostrich shoes. I had taken them to a couple of places in the Atlanta area and they were never fixed right. I shipped them to Boyer's and they re-built them putting new leather in the rear (something that hadn't been done before. The others had just tried to dye or polish the worn out area). The service was fantastic and they sent me pictures showing the progress. The repair only took a few days, the shoes look almost new and I'm going to send them another pair for a similar repair. The price was very reasonable and the service including the hand written thank you note from Stephanie was top notch!

Boyer's Boot N Shoe is such a great place and has fantastic customer service! They are always ready to help you in any way they can to make sure you leave the store happy! Whether it would be fitting you in the right boot, getting you in that brand new rodeo outfit, or shining up your boots, they do it all! Not only do they sell beautiful western attire, they also can repair almost anything! From ball gloves to purses and back pack to jeans, if you think it can't be fixed, they most likely can! Stop on by the store, shop online, or email the Slim the Boot guy for any other questions! I've always had a great experience they and they never fail to disappoint!

Have a well loved backpack that has a leather drawstring with a leather slide that make it hard to pull the leather string thru. I emailed the shop to see if it could be replaced. They answered back quickly and said that it could be done but had a suggestion to try first. It worked!! They were nice enough to give me a simple solution. No time or money wasted. I would definitely go there again for any leather repair!

I purchased Angelus Shoe wax polish by mail. It works great on my leather purse pouch that I had purchased from China. Completely took away the burnished mark left by the sewing machine metal foot. This shoe polish is excellent shoe polish. I recommend it. And Boyer's BootNShoe is the best!

Do not take anything valuable to this place!! They ruined my 125.00 fringe boots and my 250.00 leather bag. They were very rude about it and didn't care. Awful customer service!!! They do have cute cowboy boots but I will not spend another cent there. Obviously

I received a very expensive pair of Lucchese ostrich leather boots for Christmas. I decided to have Boyers treat them to help prevent water damage. To be honest I couldn’t be any more pleased. Shortly after having them done I had my work boots reconditioned and also waterproofed. thanks for doing a great job Boyers.
