Not impressed. Couldn't find an item I happened to be looking for nor could I fi d an employee besides the cashier to ask. The one person I saw appeared to be less than interested and turned away as I approached then they walked away.

I’m always surprised at the things I find here. Reasonable prices, friendly staff never a wait to check out. Plus, for the Christ crafters, it is mere steps away from a hobby lobby where you can buy the book written by the racist old man from duck dynasty and other kitschy jesuscentric literature.

I got what I needed for the most part. I was looking for lamps and the guy working really wasn't helpful and made it seem like putting stock away was more important than helping me find what I needed. The cashier was very nice tho.

Employees here a very friendly. The prices here are great. The store is laid out in a way to make sense. It is easy to navigate for almost everyone. They always have good deals and it is worth the stop.

We went in to buy a new recliner and the dude that came out to load us up was very drunk or on something, and accused us of putting trash in their dumpster. Truth of the matter is that my son found some trash in the parking lot, picked it up for them and put it in the dumpster that was already open. The delivery guy started yelling at us about throwing trash in his dumpster. Very rude SOB.... the lady that sold us the Chair was very nice. Never will we be buying anything from your store again.. very disappointed in his services.oh yeah he was late for work in the first place.

I hate it when I go in the store just because I know I'm not just going to walk out with what I planned on going in there for I truly love this story you find things there that you remember when you were a kid or you've never seen before it's just the store that's got some odds and ends and I love it and the prices are great

This store is kind of creepy. Last time I was here the guy at the register was expressing how much he hates his life and told me to "have a better day than I am" with depression in his voice. Good stuff in the store for decent prices. The feel in there is shady

Was totally "reamed a new one" as Diane was checking me out today. Said I should get with the new world and pay with my watch or my phone....should not use a check or credit card. (Her opinion). She hadn't "used checks or cards for over ten years and I should get with it". Totally wanted to leave my entire purchase there and walk out. Will never shop at quincy big lots again! Management needs to deal with her!

Good place they have different weird food items that I've never seen in any other places they do have furniture toys other household items. Pet items laundry things and they do have layaway for their. The prices here are pretty good

Cashier tried for 10 minutes and couldn't type in correct ph#, name, or email address. So we didn't get credited for our purchase points. His commit was "Sometimes the computer doesn't accept it." The truth was we watched him incorrectly type in our information for 10 minutes. We were tired of his display of lack of knowledge. So were the other people in line behind us.
