I love Bath and Body Works rather in bed shopping online (which is what I prefer) or if I have to get out in the crowds and stores I will, sometimes. I have really noticed with some of my favorite stores I'm shopping online... Bath and Body Works is definitely one of them because I trust their products and have been using them for years and more to come. 💗💋💅 💄❤️

I don't know what's going on lately but bath and body works in Quincy, Illinois is tripping. I want to go to the store on Sunday and got there about 15-20 minutes before they were supposed to close and they had the doors locked and the women never standing in the side of the building. Just staring at me like I was stupid 15 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. So I proceeded to call customer service just for her to not know what the heck was going on of course. So she tries to do it on my order just to tell me that after we on the phone for 15 minutes that she can only do one coupon code wasting my time now here it is candle day and I had not got my coupons in the mail and it only comes around once a year. Great! Oh and also they took my rewards off of my account and all my points. Then I went and spent $65 last week and don't know where those points are either.

Get the app you can order for pick up save on shipping and waiting easier to access to deals and tracking your points though if it says it's out at the store check it out in store before you pick up sometimes it's just low in stock. The gals in the store are super friendly and helpful and not in a stepford wives way they are real ppl you can tell they use the products too!

I used to love Bath and Body works. I especially liked their end of the year sales where they marked all their regular lotions down to 3 dollars - a piece. And back in 2009 when I shopped frequently, their regular scented lotions (I mean apart from their specialty scents like men's and aromatherapy) were about 6 or 7 dollars.After a long period where money was tight, I went back and they had jacked their regular lotions up to the same price as their aromatherapy, which I thought was ridiculous because originally aromatherapy was supposed to be special, something worth digging deeper in your pocket for. Not anymore. I detested this, but some of their scents are so good that I kept going but it was just limited to when coupons came in the mail.Well, I got a coupon for a “free body care gift, up to $9.95.” The body care gifts, I was told, was on this little island right in front of the register. When a service worker points to a whole island as body care, you assume everything on the island is a body care gift. Heck, with the name Bath and BODY works, why isn’t EVERYTHING a body care gift? I assumed that they were considered different from the other merchandise because they were smaller and cheaper.So, you can imagine my surprise when I walk up to the register and told that the $7.50 lip balm in my hand was not a “body care gift.” I turn over the coupon and there is nothing in the fine print about anything under $9.95 that is NOT considered “body care” in a store called Bath and BODY works.It’s bad enough that they jacked up their prices and frequently discontinue scents that I fall in love with AND their suggestive sale routine is really aggravating. Never again. I’ve had enough. I am even taking my name off the mailing list. I don’t want to even see the name. There are plenty of good scents elsewhere.

The associates at the Quincy store are always so nice and the store is always immaculate. Their customer service online is the best of anyplace of which I can even think. Crazy accommodating almost to the point of incredulity. They are smart about protecting their brand.

Always smells so good in there, love the candles and sanitizer! They are always so helpful and show you exactly what you are looking for. Just had to get some more sanitizer before school starts and candles of course!

Employees here are super sweet and helpful. I was totally undecided on fragrances. Even though this is obviously personal choice/preference, they let me know about all the products and different sales they had going on.

Great store great sales staff! Drive down to Quincy mall because they particulate in app point program I am from Keokuk. The Quincy mall Bath and Body store makes you feel welcome go above and beyond to help you every time you are there, managers and staff are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. Well done Bath and Body! Love your store!!!! 💘

This was the first time I had been in a Bath and Body Works store since the pandemic began! The staff were very friendly and explained the changes they have made due to Covid concerns! The selection was terrific as usual! The whole experience was an excellent one!

Horrible managerial staff, rude and very judgemental. I will stick to online sales from here on out and have reported the store manager for her behavior. The Company itself is the absolute best and I'd never shop anywhere else for these products. Online Customer Service teams are brilliant and not condescending as the store manager and staff in our quickly failing mall. I do not look for the store itself to remain open much longer once the other stores go. The Company deserves enfinity stars... the store in our mall negative one million.

I have never been here, but according to my phone I have. Perhaps it was such a pleasant and blissful experience that it was wiped from my mind. It is often that the human mind hangs onto the things that hurt us the most while taking for granted the things that bring us joy. It's one of the strange things I have encountered many times in my travels and not something I feel I will soon forget.
