Absolutely disgraceful place to work. Drives out and fires loyal employees of 30 plus years to bring in new employees that they can pay a lower wage to. Throws away millions of dollars on a new plant that produces poorly, at best. Not to mention I’m sure osha would love to see to lack of safety equipment provided to these employees handling chemicals daily. Work anywhere else, you’ll be paid a better wage and treated with respect.

Treat their long term employees terrible and finding ways to fire them. Horrible toxic work environment where all they care about is money. Getting rid of those workers with 30 or years must save them a bunch of money.

Horrible toxic place to work. Got rid of a hard working 30 year old loyal employee just to save money. Maybe should look into management and how they treat everyone in the plant. All you care about is money!!!

To myself, and all my fellow Co- workers. It's so very sad when you dedicate nearly 31 years of your life to this company, and you've taken pride in doing what you do well, and you are let gone by peddy things, standing up for yourself, knowing that you always had great comments and evaluations from your past plant managers, and I guess now because your finially making a decent wage, your making to much money, and your older, so ADM, has to let you go, none of us treated with respect, you never hear the positives, yet this guy is costing ADM, to much money in salvage, This new plant was suppose to be the best thing ever, NOT, every person in management involved in the building of this new plant of a joke, BAILED OUT LONG AGO, AND I WONDER WHY, THE WRITTING WAS ON THE WALL, I am so saddened by the treatment of ADM, to their employees.

Absolutely unreal and incomprehensibly bad treatment of long serving employees. Nothing but pure disgust from a company that used to care about their employees but now only cares about not paying good workers

Overall poor enployee treatment, I've seen employees be fired right before they can reach their pension. Recommend any other company over these guys.
