I usually don't complain too much about restaurants and establishments BUT this particular Wendy's....oh where do I begin... run down, not the cleanest, the cashier was digging in her eyes messing with her hair and scratching her belly. Then she'd go over to the breakfast fries and reach her fingers inside the fry container. Hence the reason why we didn't order the fries. When we FINALLY got our food which mind you two sandwiches and one breakfast burrito to go as I opened the burrito the eggs and cheese was cold. Unorganized is a gentle way of putting them taking and filling orders. Truly hope that they can get that place cleaned and teach employees sanitary precautions.

I give reviews for only extremely great or poor quality. Main thing is this place is filthy - tables greasy, food spattered on walls, ceiling tiles had black dirt around all the edges, multiple seat cushions with large rips. Bathroom was dirty, floor sticky. Gross place to eat. Can’t imagine what the food prep area looks like. Burgers lukewarm, fries ok. Service slow. “Dave” would not be happy.

Wow, what a jump in $$ prices! Food was ok. Note charge extra for lemonade. Not busy inside at 5pm, driveup had cars waiting. 1st time here in a long time,probably not going back for a while. Caseys across street or Becks down road are better deals.

I love Wendy's burgers but I refuse to get them from Princeton. Have given them a chance several times and they're terrible, the buns are awful and they are never hot. The owner should send someone through to get food and try it herself because it's not quality! The owner herself is great and nice to talk to but the one manager, she's got dark hair and I want to say her name is Kami, she is absolutely horrible. I've seen her get very rude with a nice young man that was the cashier, I've also seen her get snippy with a fry cook that had down syndrome. I cannot believe she still works there, she has to be a nightmare to work with. We stopped in today around 3pm and ordered 50 nuggets, the cashier was very nice and we asked if we could do half regular and half spicy, then kari had to come over and tell the cashier she never does that for people but Nancy does and rolls her eyes at the cashier. I understand it's hard to find help but I think no help is better than kami who will run off customers and employees in a hurry

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. The Manager who runs this location was rude & rushing me through my order. She was absolutely "ran-thru" by the time I placed my order was not patient and basically told me I was going too fast for her. The whole ordering process was so disrespectful that I did not even pay for my order because spending my money & points earned was so disrespectful I decided to eat elsewhere. She seriously needs to re evaluate if she should still work there because obviously she hated her job and by the way she took my order I can tell she was not new.

If I could give this place, zero stars I would. It would take way too long to describe the horrible experience. Bad customer service, blamed me for their speaker problems and management was worse than the untrained cashier! After pointing out their issues, I get home to find out, they forgot a sandwich, when I paid a ridiculous amount for the horrible food in the first place! Avoid at all cost!!!

If you are stopping at this location in the evening make sure to go inside. If you are fortunate enough Jeff will be your host. His customer service is the best I've seen anywhere. Jeff would be a great asset for any business especially if he is working in customer service and will bring you more business with his friendly, fun, outgoing personality.

Well I do understand that we cannot find help but if you are working in retail and people are looking for FAST FOOD. Today would not be your day here. Probably a good ten minutes. Probably longer but we will say 10 minutes. And fries were already cold and soggy. Nuggets were just warm. Could count change. Total was $14.92 and gave her a $20 I said I have the $.08 cents. I gave her and she starred and starred. I finally said just need a $5.00 bill back. Well haven't been here in a while and will not be coming back soon.

Visited the drive thru around 9:30 pm Labor Day evening and got the worst food! The fries tasted so stale and the cheeseburger I got tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. I would have waited for them to make fresh and it’s disappointing that they didn’t. They also forgot to give us some nugs and we had to go back for it. So lame that I had to pay for food that should have never been served.

Manager was needed to unlock the register and took a long time just chatting with some other Wendy's manager type out in the dining area. The young man at the counter was literally calling her every few minutes and then finally took my order at the back register. Not even an apology by either employee. A man behind me just walked out. I honestly should have done the same. 2 stars for the effort made by the nice young man at the register

I Actually love this location, but not this time we went in for dinner and the place was a mess, bathrooms had a horrible smell, orders took way to long, I asked for a side of mayo never got it went back up there waited 5mins before the kid even acknowledged me, and the that took 5 mins to grab, staff was very slow paced idk what happen maybe a bad day but I'll go check out other locations see what's happening with their services.

I ordered here again and this is the third time in a row that I have gotten home to find out that our order is wrong. I ordered chicken and got burger. We even didn’t get all of our food at the window and told the lady working, she was annoyed. My wife was clear about what we ordered. I cannot believe that they can’t get our order correct at this Wendy’s location most of the time I go here!

I had dinner here and got Dave's Special. Staff was kind and informed us that they were understaffed. It did take a bit longer than usual but that was okay because we were told ahead of time. Facility was dated but clean. Thank you!

Wendy's is always a "step-up" from other burger places as far as I'm concerned ...their food is always tasty and a little unique ...try the sweet/hot chicken sandwich ...it's great ..Wendy's cooks to order so if you're in a hurry at breakfast or lunch during peak hours you might have a few minutes wait ...
