I had to wait an extremely long time for a mber of management to come to customer service to get the money I left in the store on Friday. At least 7 minutes. Lori told me that she was helping another customer. Not real happy.

It's crazy the substitutions I receive for some of my orders. Also annoying that there is no longer the option to deny substitution choices for delivery. I even go through and select a substitute but they still choose a different item, theres no way some of my original order AND all my substitution picks are out of stock.. I was told if I don't want the item my only option is to go inside and return it. The whole idea of delivery or pick up is because I can't make it to the store.

Went to Walmart today to go pick up some things and I was very disappointed when I picked up a body armor for a drink and I thought it cracked apparently it did not and somebody decided to take the bottle drink. It and put water in it instead of backup on the shelf.Is disgusting They employed that did it needs to get fired.

Did the grocery pick up and everything we ordered had its own bag. 29 bags total for 30 items. That’s being wasteful and not smart four bags of vegetables and 4 bags. Even the vitamins had their own bag! This is poor training for one and also not being very smart on the other hand. I can usually fit out groceries when I shop inside the store in about 5 bags. This should be frowned upon.

This Walmart is better than ours in Kewanee. More choices in food and most everything else. I also heard employees asking customers if they've found everything they're looking for. Very clean store. The bathroom was Xanadu! Bright, clean and well maintained. Wide aisles

Had to crawl to retrieve a 24 pack on the bottom of the rack. Could not find anyone to help. Very limited selection. I prefer the extra drive to Peru.

I’ve been using Walmart’s online grocery shopping for at least 2-3 years and I honestly can’t complain. It’s obvious that they working so hard to make customers happy. I always order the same stuff every 2 weeks. I order green peppers and English cucumbers. When I did my own shopping, I was very picky about the produce I bought. The people who fill my orders every 2 weeks, do an EXCELLENT job at choosing the best quality produce for me. Very seldom do they have to substitute items for me as well!! I’m always perfectly fine with the choices of substitutes. Tomorrow morning is going to be my first experience with getting my groceries delivered and I have to admit that I’m soooo excited!!! My sons won’t have to pick up my groceries anymore.

I received Thomas mini bagels quantity of 10 with a "best by date" of 8/30 in my 8/30 pickup order!Are you kidding me? ? ?Was I supposed to eat ALL of these on that day before they EXPIRED?Ridiculous and not cheap.Also got green bananas that were rotten inside ... black.Very disappointed to say the least!!

Broken carts and management does not care, employees were rude and after arguing that finally got them fixed. They are already broken again that or they didn't fix them because it looks like the old straps I was told "it's not a requirement for us to have these"

This store is pretty nice I love the Super Walmarts you can just get everything done at once Get your oil changed while you shop,and get pampered at the salon.There is handicap parking and the electric carts inside the store for those who need it. The employees are more than helpful. I myself love the self check-outs because normally you don't have to stand in line so if your in a rush it's a great idea to use one of these and there are plenty of them. For those people who don't want to go in the store you can order on line pickup at store or have it delivered right to your door or shipped to you as well.

I was looking for a wall.Even though it says Walmart they don't sell walls. You'll have to build your own. I wanted some prefab walls for my back area that I could just put up and nail but they didn't have any so I left

The store was put together nicely, and moderately staffed. -1 star for cleanliness of the restrooms. -2 stars for poor customer service directly to the associate Andrea assigned to self check out. After verification that an item was the correct posted price (scanned higher than marked.) She proceeded to spend an additional six mins to verify with another associate prior to overriding the item. Entire encounter lasted aprox 10 mins compared to the three mins it could have taken.

I appreciate that a small town like Princeton opened its doors to a major franchise/chain store. But it is very disappointing when there are so many workers doing the online shopping service and can't be bothered with helping an in house customer with a quick question, being courteous and sharing the aisles with those of us who actual do our own shopping, and or giving the elderly a minute or two of their time. It's absurd having one or two cashiers open with at least 8 availible to staff when there are people waiting to checkout and they are literally waiting in lines that run through the front departments of the store. Might as well drop your prices WalMart, accept your warehouse reality, and let us do the shopping & cash wrap on our own. I can't even count the times while checking out where I've seen at least 4 or 5 workers standing around the customer service area doing nothing but standing there talking about non work related things as if there are no customers to tend to. It would also be nice if everyday things could be in stock, I shouldn't have to check throughout the week to see if things are finally back in stock. The whole lack of customer service from Walmart sucks. Use to be a much nicer experience.

It's Walmart, right? You can just about find anything you can need there. Tons of groceries, household needs, clothes, appliances, tires... That's in the first room 🙂. The good thing about Walmart is that the stores tend to be clean and tidy, at least when the doors open. Come third shift and it looks like a souk in an ancient city.But don't lose heart, friend. There are still savings to be had. You just have to dig deeper.Don't be fooled by the advertising. Inflation and the corporate greed that followed it are keeping prices high, so don't go to Walmart thinking to save some money. Those days are sadly gone.So it's not all that much different from Target, though Target has nowhere near the groceries that Walmart piles up.If you live in a small town or a rural area you don't have much choice. It's shop there or eat dirt. But even in larger towns and cities, Walmart is still a force in "discount" shopping. You could do worse.

Awful.!!! The pharmacy and its staff are totally ridiculous and a disgrace. They need to be retrained on serving the clients. The urgent care centers sent them my prescription. When I got there, they told me I would have to come back in 15 minutes. I looked around the store; didn't buy anything; just to pass the time. When I returned it still was not ready. They told me to come back. When I returned, again, the windows were closed and all went out to lunch. AWFUL!!! I had to go home and return later. That is totally being discourteous to the client!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU WHO WORK IN THE BLASTED PHARMACY!!!

Although you have to keep your eyes open when finding it, this Walmart is amazing. The bathrooms and entire store are immaculately clean. We were assisted in the checkout by probably the friendliest cashier I have encountered. Keegan was funny, kind, and was enthusiastic to help us. Definitely would shop here again. 10/10

It was horrible. Way too many people. Not near enough registers open. (I don't do self checkout.) I must be one of the few people who actually enjoy being quarantined. Lol. Any way, it's not usually like this. It's just the holidays. Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
