My husband paid for next day delivery on a zero turn lawnmower. Still haven't received it on day two. Called to complain and got the run around, about how they're using an outside company for delivery. DONT GUARANTEE DELIVERY IF YOU CANNOT INFACT DELIVER ON THE GUARANTEE. We are canceling the order right now. We will be renting a uhaul and buying a nicer zero turn from Rural King in Peru. Tractor supply has been a major disappointment in this instance. 😒

Spent $1300 on a trailer , lights went out the same week I bought it. Nice product you’re selling. Also it’s funny I have to go to the manufacturer about my issue, the store can’t do anything to help me. Will never do business at this dump ever again

I came into the store an hour and 30 minutes before close and the item I needed was in the outdoor yard area. Both associates refused to get the item for me or allow me to get the item myself and told me that the yard closes an hour before the store. I asked if store was open until 9pm and she said yes. I replied it is 7:35 pm - therefore the yard should be open. I was told we closed the yard early since there is only 2 of us working and to come back tomorrow. Sorry, I will not be coming back tomorrow nor will I be coming back to your store at all.

On our 2nd stock tank both won't hold water. Worst product and don't stand behind replacement. Bought from farm and fleet exchanger and still leaks won't hold water.

Purchased a riding lawn mower yesterday August 18th 2022. Every employee I came across were very friendly and helpful. They even helped me load it and offered to help strap it down. Very great customer service! Will definitely be back!

Called and talked to Stanley about the availability of a kayak and he said my name would be put on it. I got there one hour later Stanley sold it to me and helped load it. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend doing business with them.

I had a great experience with Joe at this location. Overall, my purchase experience was pretty terrible but at the end of it Joe assisted me and took my experience to a 5 star rating. He was patient, helpful, knowledgeable and he cared about my purchase. Any company is lucky to have an employee like this. Honestly, this guy just salvaged my relationship with TSC and I’ll continue to shop there.Called an hour in advance to check on trailer availability and that I would be there within two hours. 3 hours after I got there I was still waiting to purchase the trailer because of issues on the system I was told. I called customer service and another store to verify I could purchase this trailer and help the manager. I believe she was busy but I shouldn’t have to wait for hours with little to no service on their part because they are busy when I called more than enough time in advance. The worst part was the attitude I received at the beginning of the purchase and honestly wouldn’t have posted a review if it wasn’t that bad.

Terrible ship to store service. Don't bother having them order anything for you either it will be half a year if it comes at all. Worst ship to store service I've experienced. I don't think I will even be able to get the item I ordered anymore it was lost and no longer orderable to ship to my location off their site after a month. Now they say only partial order in stock. Will be surprised if I get anything.

Terrible ever person working there is a idiot who knows many things are on sale but doesn't know the actual price therefore you can't buy it. I wanted to buy about 4 different furniture items and I ask 4 different sales associates who all said they didn't know except one who said everything was free because he was young and trying to be funny. I went to pay for some clearly marked pet beds that rang up 15 dollars more then the tag which was ironic because it was the only thing that had a price on it in the whole store. So I left without buying a thing and came to the conclusion that at this point in time this store is domed to fail with the current employees.

Always stop here and at the one in Cedar Rapids when in town. They have some items I cant find in other stores like this. There is a friendly helpful staff. Always a pleasant experience. Have shopped these stores online too and ordered ahead to see if an item is in stock or for pickup.

Ordered a case of dog food for pickup. It was not ready for pickup like the email said. Also, they had to scrounge to get me the correct amount. They frequently run out of the wet canned formula and only have dry. I need both for my my dog. Needs improvement.

Always a great destination when needing tools, outdoor/farm items, or pet supplies. The cashiers are invariably helpful. The prices are low, usually much lower than a chain hardware store and often lower than the nearby Walmart. The pet/livestock selection is very large. Tools are somewhat limited, but the selection is sufficient for most needs. It also carries clothing.

Recently purchased a small utility trailer from TSC/Princeton. Very happy w/ the trailer. But this is about the staff. Simply put; they could be the "poster child" for great customer service! Great place to do business.

Out of K1 fuel (but so is everywhere else)can find stuff that no one else carries. I must say that BRANDON is a superior employee. He has helped me with knowledge on welding, small engine repair, pet stuff, tips and facts on my towing needs. I may pay a bit more, but the staff's help is well worth it.Thanks TSC staff, your ausome!!🤗👍👌
