We had to put our cat down suddenly - they got us in right away late on a Saturday (open until 3 pm). We live an hour away and had limited options outside of an emergency vet for that time of day. Even though we are not regular patients, they treated us as if we were. Everyone was very respectful and made the process as gentle as possible. We received memorial paw prints, a patch of fur, and a condolences card. They also accommodated shipping the ashes to our house so we didn’t have to drive there again. The facility is nice and clean. Wish they were closer or we would be taking our pets there for routine care.

We took my almost 18 year old dog in to be put down due to quality of life. They were amazing. Cheapest place I called by far and they went above and beyond expected. They supply an urn for his ashes, a clay paw print, an ink paw print, a in memory card with his hair and a death certificate. I am glad we chose a great place to go for his last moments

Brought my grandmother's dog there to get his teeth cleaned, they were very quick to respond along with calling me about 3 hours before I needed to pick him up to give me enough time to come get him I highly recommend them.

Had to put down our dog (he was 14 and paralyzed). They were very calm and respectful and told us what to expect. They gave us a memorial paw imprint and lock of fur. They took us in through a different door so we didn't have to drag him through the main entrance. Was a very sad experience but they made it a little bit easier with thier professionalism.

I have been going here with my pups for 15 years. Not sure what changed but my dogs have always loved and been loved going here, until recently. One of my dogs gets aggressive with certain people there. It's just eerie lately...noone smiles, noone greets you and if your dog doesnt act appropriate they will be mean and act like you're a bad dog owner. I will NEVER step foot in here again and it's a shame. Noone even gives a lick. Read more reviews and hopefully you will not take your pets here. 😪

I do not recommend Ann Adams. She misdiagnosed my dog as partially blind due to facial paralysis when he is not (per 2 other vets), she then told me his condition was probably a tumor and gave me steroids and told me if he is put down or dies that I can bring in the medication I do not use, told me that for his age (8) and that getting his teeth clean might not be worth it, told me grain free food will kill my dog and that the blue buffalo I was feeding my dog prior was horrible because it increased the price of all other dog food, tried giving my other dog who has seizures flea medicine when he did not have fleas (just a food allergy) and told me the medication would induce seizures (I declined). She is very insensitive and does not seem to have the animals best interests in mind. All this is gathered from just 3 visits with her, I have also seen dr reed and dr sodergroth and have nothing but nice things to say about them. I worry for the people and pets who have only seen dr Adams. It is amazing to me she has a job here.

The lady working here was extremely rude and condescending to us..I'm assuming because she thought we were younger than we actually are. She kept saying "are you listening? You need to be" meanwhile roughly handling our puppy and pitching obedience classes because we have an "aggressive type dog". A pretty poor experience.

They have a really good facility with excellent quality service and no price Gouging. They have unfortunately put 2 of my babies down to rest. They have shown empathy, great care and sent a card signed by their employees each time. I highly recommend them.

I really love this veterinary clinic. I recently had to have my dog put down and they made it such a comfortable experience. They gave us plenty of time prior to saying goodbye and after as well. They helped us with the cremation and getting us a beautiful complimentary urn box for him. They also did a clay pawprint for him and sent us a nice memorial card signed by every staff member. Putting my 11yr old dog down was difficult but they truly made the experience better than it could've been.

I have been taking my pets here for 20 years and would NEVER think of going anywhere else. They are hands down the BEST in the area. Affordable for sure. The staff is friendly, very caring, explains well. My pets love it here. They have worked with me on payments many times. Looking forward to many more years.

Always helpful and even when booked they make time for you in an emergency. But will charge you $50 extra for an appointment that's considered an overbook. You must make appointment at least 30 days ahead so you don't get charged for overbook appointment. Also took my dog in for shots, was worried about a stomach tumor. I was told he was just fat. I've put him on a diet and the bulge still seems to be there. I'm a little bummed that I wanted an x-ray and they didn't do it. The older farm vet lady.😢

Wonderful support staff. Knowledgeable Drs. who take time to listen to you, explain things and are sympathetic to your concerns. The costs are very fair and reasonable in my opinion. The entire staff is very supportive. The only reason I did not go 5☆ is because it is difficult to get in on shorter notice. As they are so booked up.

My dogs both go to this vet for shots and any other medical needs that may take place in their lives. They have always been well taken care of and I’ve always found the vets to be respectful. However, I boarded them for 8 days and when they came home I was very disappointed. One of my dogs came home with feces on her back and smelt of urine. My other dog came home smelling of urine as well. I called to address the situation. We picked them up two days early and the women I spoke with said they were supposed to receive the “complementary” bath Monday. (We picked them up Saturday.) I don’t believe they are seeing the full picture and issue. This means that my dogs would have had to sit with urine and feces on their skin/fur another three days. This means that when you board your dog here they may be sitting in their urine and another dogs urine until you pick them up, but no worries they’ll bath them so you never know. I guess picking them up early showed us how our dogs were living while being “cared” for. I would always recommend them as vet services but I would never board your dog here for more than 12hours.

(We had been there previously about a month prior to this)She then explained they are “triple booked” with “regular clients”. To me it was obvious she just didn’t want to deal with scheduling.

Dr. Beth is awesome. We have had several animals with emergency issues and she has taken care of most and done it with care and compassion. One of the things I find comfort in is when a Doctor is willing to say “if it was my pet I would or wouldn’t”. I believe she is genuine with the medical advice she gives in all circumstances and isn’t just out to make a buck. We are grateful of her persistence with complicated processes and her follow up each time. Even if our pet isn’t able to leave that night she calls to let you know all the updates. In addition this is something she does after normal vet hours!! Taking time out her schedule to detail the progress of our animals keeps us returning for quality care. Dr. Beth is not the only dr we have seen but she has been the one that has provided most of our animals care pre-op and post-op. I would recommend BVVS for your animal.
