Every single solitary time I order to pick up o am literally waiting a half hour and I only order one or two things! I tried one time going through the pharmacy maybe make it easier for them nope they all ran out! It is absolutely ridiculous, today I just got so frustrated and left so I could even get the one thing I need it because I have things to do the whole point of online ordering is for people in a rush or have busy lives n well waiting a half hour for a couple item doesn’t help with that!

Been coming here for years but switching over this pharmacy sucks. The Pharmacist Peter has no patience get easily agitated like you are bothering him when you need to know information about your medication! Wouldn’t recommend the pharmacy a few mins from them located in Midlothian have better quality services

Worst Walgreens ever..... manager was so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL I'll NEVER shop here again... then the can of Cool water body spray he gave me was dented and I asked him for the one behind it and was completely ignored..I didn't even get his name all I know is he was an older Caucasian guy (60's) with glasses... pretty much a grumpy old man. It's been a little bit since I've shopped here and people have been rude before but that's it..I'll never come back here again.

Great Walgreens. Clean and well laid out. Also must b a decent store to work at...as all the employees seem happy. Happy to interact with customers and eachother. As other Walgreens? They have a good sized cosmetic section. Though this one seems to have a couple employees that actually keep up with the upkeep and are knowledgeable about most of the products!! A flash back to the old style Walgreens!!! Definatly a bonus for those looking for specific items who have questions!!! Bravah!!! Since most Walgreens associates in most Walgreens these days? Just brush off your questions by saying "any cosmetic product that u don't like? Or cannot use? Can b returned with the original store receipt. Like since u can return it? That s all u need to know. Because u know.....ALL of us have the time..money...and energy to run back and forth to Walgreens several times week trying to find the perfect setting spray or mascara. U know who has that time? Teenagers. U know who never keeps receipts? Teenagers. Don't think corporate Walgreens doesn't know that. So? Not helping their main customer base. At all. But Definatly helping their bottom line. Bravah to the only Wlagreens left that seems to beleive customer service matters!!!

I stood at the photo counter for 20 minutes hitting the help button and no one ever assisted me. The cashier did not even look at me. When a customer noticed I had been waiting for a long time, he asked the cashier if he was by himself. The customer told the cashier that I had been waiting for a while and the cashier did not seem to care or address the issue. I walked out and passed right in front of the cashier without being acknowledged.

8/22/22 @ 8 pm pharmacist with the hijab on is so rude she refused to take my good rx prescription through the drive thru because drive thru is for fast service & no coupon cards allowed unless I came inside...what in the nonsense is this?? 10 years coming here and I’ve never experienced this rudeness over a coupon…..you obviously don’t like your job or have any customer service skills …just plain rude

Can't get orders right. Sat on the phone on hold yesterday 10 minutes then 12 minutes then 22 minutes no one ever picked up. Called today same thing on hold. Finally got the chance to run up there as I am getting out of the car I get an auto call telling me its delayed I walk in anyway and the order is ready. When I mentioned the issue of the phone I was met with indifference and the shrugging of shoulders. I saw nothing but the shuffling of feet and a bad attitudes. This is just the latest incident of many wasting my time and energy. I won't even go into the fact that the store is filthy and some of the other complaints from people in the neighborhood.

Alexis, in the pharmacy department was informative, professional and polite.She was thorough and able to answer my questions. She even provided additional information regarding the vaccination shot and was transparent..

Takes forever to check out at this location....staff is not very helpful and bad attitude coming from them....they need to do better because customers make that place to stay out in business. Remember that... customers make business stay in business not the other way around

I love coming to the pharmacy here i never have a problem . I stopped at the Walgreens pharmacy in Alsip and they were so rude and not helpful at all. I knew I could call the Walgreens in Posen they were so helpful told them my situation at the Walgreens with Alsip and they helped me and also let me pick my medicine up there instead of going back to the one in Alsip where they were no help and rude.

I stop by this Walgreens the customer service was not acceptable. There was a manager on duty and explained the conditions of the washroom. I asked her to please ask someone to clean it .

Check the date on things in the freezer. I had at least 3 separate occasions where I saw something that was outdated by at least 8 months and one was 1 year and I noticed when I got home 😤
