Dr. Terry and Dr. Sarah are compassionate veterinarians who treat your fur baby with care and respect. We Have spent the last two years treating our dog who had cancer. They were willing and accommodating to our requests. The support that works for River View Vet is top notch. I would like to thank all of them for all the time they spent with us and our dog Bote. He put up a good fight and the Dr's where there with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them and the staff.

I can not say enough good things about these people. They have taken care of our dogs since day one. Doctor Sarah and Doctor Terry are absolutely amazing to communicate with. Dr Terry & Dr Sarah are both amazing vets. I've been using their services for almost 10 years now and it was the best decision I made concerning my pet/livestock care.They have seen many of my small animals in office and have made multiple farm calls for those animals too large for me to transport to them. No matter the situation or how busy they are, they have always found a way to squeeze in my animals when I need them.Their staff are friendly & welcoming, I've never had a bad experience when calling or visiting.I'm grateful for all they do for me/my pets and would never consider using any other vet.

From Juli, who called to schedule my appointment after an email, to Brittany and Dr Terry, everyone was genuine and compassionate. I would recommend this office to anyone without a second thought. Dr. Terry and Dr. Sarah are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They listen and ask questions in order to tailor the treatment to patient. They explain the what and why to ensure the owners understand. They are caring and compassionate also very funny! The staff is equally professional. I was new to the area and this was the best decision I made for my furbabies!

So I would like to tell everyone not to go here - because I’m afraid if the whole quad cities finds out how awesome they really are here, it will make it impossible to get in ! Seriously I have had animals in my life all my life and because of this I have had many vets ( good vets) we have been going to them about 7 years now and they are nothing short of old school incredible in a world full of impersonal contact - I know they care about my animals and are kind hearted and genuinely good people ( staff included ) they will be our vet for as long as we have animals ! Added a pic as everyone seems to enjoy our daisy - every interaction with river view continues to tell us how different they are from other vets they understand they are family members and the communication is second to none!

My dog is very anxious and requires certain treatment. We were having issues at our old vet with how she was being treated and after weeks of researching, I came to the conclusion that I wanted to try here out. They exceeded my expectations!! We were met with kindness. My dog was treated so well. She was given words of affirmation the whole time as well as pets and peanut butter. Everyone was so beyond lovely. She didn't freak out. They let me hold her and love on her as well. The bill came & prices were reasonable which I'm not used to. Everything went amazing. She goes back in a couple weeks & I'm not dreading it like I normally would. I highly recommend coming here!! I'm slowly going to switch all of my animals over here.

This is not a place that has time to fully evaluate your pet. They miss the root cause of issues. Less then 24 hours from my appointment. My dog dies. This veterinary told us she had allergies. She died of hart issue. Now my sons dog gets looked at by this vet. This time his dog is conspated and sent home. They call the next morning to tell them the dog is getting very bad. They was told they can't possibly help in till later that day. "We are to busy to help" They go to other veterinary that morning to find out it is too late to help and the dog dies. This time with a Spleen rupter I would stay clear. They like money not animals!! Two great dogs less the 24 hour each. Not a one time issue.

When I take my fur babies to the vet, I want to feel like my babies are just as important to me as to my vet and this place has gone above and beyond this expectation. They are super friendly (always welcoming us when we walk through the door), extremely fast responding in their pet portal app, and very professional. Dr. Terry will get down to the ground to take care of our boxer and love on her while he's examining her. I highly recommend you check them out. You will not be disappointed.

By far the best vet in the quad cities. I used to go to Maplewood vet and for the exact same services this vet was almost $400 dollars less. That's a huge difference for THE SAME exact appointment and tests. The entire staff is super friendly and the office is very clean. I'm so happy I switched to River View!

We live North of Chicago and River View is our vet of choice. Our daughter lives in Bettendorf and recommended Dr Terry and Dr Sarah. Not only are they both great vets, they are as kind and compassionate beyond compare. We had to have one of our German Shepherd boys put down last weekend. Dr Sarah was incredible with how the whole process took place. Our other Shepherd is still in their care and will always be.I wish we lived closer, but we drive three hours for their expert care!!!

Dr Terry is ENTIRETY unethical and a crook!The staff are very friendly I was able to stay with my dog while she was euthenized.They did a very good job and were gentle, understanding and humane, making a VERY difficult situation good at first but then SNATCHING FAILURE from Victory!Dr Terry behaved entirely unprofessional and unethically with my family, he will smile at your face and double charge you from the quoted prices AFTER the service is done. We had to have our long time friend euthenized after over 8yrs of companionship. After doubling the initial charge, INCLUDING the charge for the cremation asked if I would then drive her body for him to the crematory! EXACTLY what I was over paying him for!When confronted he refused to refund the overcharge but would credit my account for the over billing!I have no intention of ever using this company ever again what good is a credit when you don't trust them and have ZERO confidence in the Dr!

I love that its a husband and wife team. Both are very sweet and take their time examining my dogs. I have a weiner dog that i inherited from my brother n law. He has C O P D. Sarah took time to show me exray and explained every thing and put him on meds to help his cough. I drive from east moline to get great service.

I was traveling out of state with my boy when he became very ill. I took him to River View and we saw Dr. Sarah. She was so incredibly kind and patient as she met us and examined Henry. Sadly, I don't think there was much to be done for my 16 year old schnauzer, but she ran some tests and sent us home with medication with hopes that something would turn around. We returned just a few short days later to send Henry over the Rainbow Bridge. It was one of the most difficult times in my life, but Dr. Sarah and her entire staff were so kind and compassionate. I also received a very sweet sympathy card once I made it back home. If I lived anywhere near River View, they would most certainly be my vet of choice!!! Thank you again for everything!
