Worst pharmacy ever! My perscription was called in at 9:00am. Called and checked several times on it while my eyes were in excruciating pain from conjuntivitis. Finally I asked to talk to someone at the pharmacy vs. the automated system. I was told we’ll have it ready in 20 minutes. I drove 20 minutes to get there, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes to have them tell me, nope, not done. Can I at least have the eye drops? My eyes are on fire. Nope, sorry sir. I sat all night in pain over a small bottle of antibacterial eye drops. I almost had to go to the ER beacuse I couldn’t stand the pain. Needless to say, I had to wait over 24 hours for my meds. Never Again!!! Take your business elsewhere people.

I just had surgery... I had 5 Prescriptions! I got the 4 but had one that the lady said she ordered and would arrive the next day! The medication cream I needed to actually regulate my bowel! Thanks Walgreens I now have to go to the hospital becaus you cannot do your job! 10/10 WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!

I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 30mins for my meds. This line has only moved one time. Seems like this is becoming a every time thing now, how much money you want to bet I get to the window and they are going to tell me it’s going to be a 20-30 minute wait! Every time they are like this I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now, and I’m done will be switching to cvs ASAP. Just shut this bogus place down already, everyone in it is a joke!

Tell me why I go to get my meds before work and there are men standing 2 feet apart all over in front of the counter, one sitting, one standing agaisnt the wall, and another standing away from the couner 4 feet. So, I walked up to the actual counter and they said "Did you just walk passed all these people in line?" There was absolutely no line and I would hope to expect better customer service from a pharmacy tech in her 40s.

It was the worst experience with the pharmacy I will ever see again. Thursday I was trying to get my scripts..Nothing. Later on the following Monday morning I tried again... I finally got them after 6pm. It's not okay to go without my scripts if I am having seizures because of the pharmacy can't get it together. I am going to be able to do something with the case of neglect. It's principle that your life matters. Stay away from the store!!! I'm just laying down the truth.

Ugh I really hate posting these things but after last week and today, I'm really annoyed with this location. After using them for a lil over a year now, I use to question why the reviews were so bad. Sure they're pretty busy at times and you have to wait in a line but besides that I usually never had an issue. However, starting last week because of a lot of medications being on back order throughout the country and whatnot, they have been very rude and impatient when I try calling and asking about it. Then today, they didn't even answer AT ALL. I mean I tried calling like 10 times today. It kept saying either 1) "There are more than 3 callers ahead of you" and I would wait it would start ringing and ringing then make a sound like someone picked up only to be hung up on. Or 2) It would say "There is 1 caller ahead of you" in which case I'm like ok cool maybe they're actually taking care of people only to have it ring again like 50 times (literally) to make that same sound and be hung up. This happened over and over again today. I can't even get a hold of them to ask a freaking question. This is totally unacceptable considering on Walgreens own website they say "if you need your prescription call your pharmacy and let them know" is total BS.Now there are a couple of the ladies that work there that are okay and nice but overall, it's been very off putting lately and not friendly really...I went to Walmart's Pharmacy for first time last week and it was like night and day in customer service.PS- Off topic a bit, I've worked in customer service before and I am always friendly as can be to others that work in it because of that fact. I understand the frustrations that customers can cause when something isn't your fault so I'm respectful for it. I expect to be treated the same. Especially treated the same because of that.

I wanted to give a shout out to one of the pharmacy techs, Robin. Without me asking, during a busy time at lunch, she took the time to correct my son's prescriptions in regards to insurance coverage. I can't say enough how much I really appreciated her doing so. Totally made my day! Thank you so much.

The store staff and manager at this location is horrible. If you need to fill a prescription go somewhere else. I know I will never send my prescriptions here again. The store staff needs to be retrained on how to treat customers bring in new management and hope for the best. Losing customers quick

This pharmacy needs to be shut down. They are scandalous they don't care about anyonem they think it's a joke it seams like. That they are playing with peoples health. If my wife doesn't have her meds she gets sick. They could care less. They fill it 3 days late the last 3 months in a row. Someone please shut these people down. They harm people more then they help

Pharmacy is a joke no one knows what there doing disrespectful poorly trained staff. Worst Walgreens I've ever used.They returned some of medications to stock after I spoke to them 3 times telling them I work nights and would be Saturday morning. Now I have to call my insurance and get things removed and my Dr then back to Walgreens. STOP BEING GREEDY GIVE PEOPLE TIME TO PICK MEDICATIONS UP.

Pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and friendly.Had my mom visiting from out of state and had some possible trouble with insurance not covering her meds but the kind pharmacist made calls and made it all work out. So greatful for the time and consideration they took.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Such a joke. Last 2 times I used this dump it’s been nothing but trouble. Needed meds for a 10 month old with strep and was asked at 4:30 if I need them that night. Duh! Won’t ever use this location again.

I see why they have such low ratings. The pharmacy is a joke and they act snotty on the phone when they dont pick up and hang up right away. Those employees are in the wrong line of business.

I don’t think I’ve been through the drive through at all in the last 6 months when it didn’t take 40 minutes to get up to the window. Each car might as well get an average of 7 minutes at the window before you get what you came for and drive away.

I can't say it's all been bad or all been good! I feel this has been an average overall experience and it just really depends who is working and the mood they're in. It's always been tidy inside though!! Worth the visit for newcomers

I bought a Green Dot prepaid card ,when I got home after 2 hours of trying to activate ,Green Dot informed me that the card was no longer valid and that every single Green Dot card at this Walgreens location was outdated and no good it's going to take me weeks to get a refund back from GreenDot and Walgreens does not care even after they were informed that they are selling outdated useless cards they laughed .the store is a huge joke don't ever buy prepaid cards from them

The pharmacy is suppose to be open at 8 am and when I arrived at 8:05 the pharmacist was still not there so I waited in drive through and he didn't show up until 8:20. I even called the store and they said they open at 8 he's just not here yet. I had three cars behind me waiting also. Very unprofessional and I'm disappointed.
