Today we waited 9 minutes in the drive through with no voice response from inside. One car had already ordered and was served. There was only one other patron car in the lot. When my wife went in they said they were busy and did not hear the drive through. They were serving one man. They blew off our story . We left.

Subway has a special buy 2 footlongs and get 1 free except if you buy them at Pleasant Plains store #60598. The store hours on the app are incorrect so the app shows the store as being closed when it isnt so it wont allow you to order from the app. When the owner was called and explained the issue, instead of honoring it he just repeated that it can only be ordered on the app or website. Sounds to me the owner doesn't want to participate in the Subway franchise promotions that he is required to do. So I didnt buy any sub from him.

Don’t want to participate in special’s. If you have to receive it by ordering on line , they charge their hours so it says “ store closed” . Won’t honor in store or by phone , when told about the problem. I Help support my local businesses, but I will start buying my Subway by another store in Springfield!

It was horrible when after getting my meal and i went over to the fountain machine to get a lid and that is when i saw the brown colored roach. And the subway worker, naned damien is working. Get this fix asap. This post will be posted on other websites. Get it right next time!

I asked for bell peppers and they put banana peppers instead! They also need more staff as they only had one person doing all the work.
