I am a wheelchair user, one of the team leads came up behind me, pushed me out of the way and reached over me to grab a drink from above me while I was out with my girlfriend. When I went to report it, they tried to make excuses and didn't do anything about it. I genuinely don't feel safe in this store anymore as employees always also stare at me while I'm ticcing.

The service at Walmart 1003 is improving. The employees are more approachable and quick to assist locating items. It would be great if, the software would be kept up to date. Example Pure protein bars strawberry yogurt bars showed 8 remaining. There were 0. Frustrating wasting. U time looking for an item that was not there.

Lost a faithful customer today. I explained that on average, I had spent approx. $15-20k there a year since 2009. I returned to the store with receipt in hand, as well as all of the clothing I had purchased. I had called earlier & explained I was missing a pair of jeans that I bought & paid for. I requested they go through the bags to look for the item. They told me nothing was found when I had called ahead. The cashier who rang up my purchase was not there. After quick review, two managers insisted video footage showed I had received the item. I insisted that I had not & requested a replacement pair which they declined. I went back out to my vehicle got the large item I had purchased & placed all the clothing on the counter & got a refund. I don't think they anticipated I would do that. After consideration, the manager said, it's only $23. I said, my point exactly. You just lost $400 on my return, plus all the money I would have spent at your store in the future. Yes, they still kept the $ for the item that I went back for & never received. You do the Math. Was it really worth it Walmart? I promised that I would no longer be shopping there.

This walmart and all walmarts are becoming one of the worst places to shop, went there to get some groceries and went to self checkout, I did 2 transactions, keep in mind while I was doing this there were 4 employees watching, once I was done I grabbed my bags and started to walk out where I was stopped and harassed by those 4 employees and loss prevention, they asked for both receipts and went through all my bags! While questioning why I did 2 transactions, which is none of their business! Bottom line is if you don't trust your customers to check out ourselves without having to harass us maybe you shouldn't have self check out and have actual people doing that job! Because I wasn't trained to be a cashier so if I missed something that not my fault, it's yours!

UPDATE: Sign says they open at 6am but apparently they unlock the doors for costumers when it's convient for them.Have a very hard time getting what I need. The isles are cramped, the bathrooms are always dirty. The dairy fridge always has mold in it.The tire lube express is lazy, broke my car door and tried to say it was already broken and didn't even change my oil.The pharmacy is OK.Produce doesn't have much variety.

Waited an hour for my pick up and on top of that the employee was extremely rude. Lost my business for sure, all future pick ups will be from Target even if it’s more of a drive.

I’ve been all over the United States to many Walmarts and this is the cleanest and tidiest Walmart I have ever been to. Everything was easy to find but I really appreciated how organized and tidy it was. Whatever those employees are doing they deserve to be paid well for it and praised.

Wanted to order on line but one item said I had to pick up at store so I drove to the store and the item was not available. I couldn’t find another item so I asked an employee but she didn’t have a radio so she asked another person. This person couldn’t find a rock in a box of rocks. She dragged me all over the store, I’m elderly and can’t walk far. She was also so dirty and not just from working today, it was 7:30 am. You can’t get that disgustingly dirty that early in the morning. Doesn’t Walmart care anymore. If you can only hire the kind of employees that come wrinkle and dirty then help clean them up or have them work in back.

Finding help is difficult for locations and someone that has knowledge of products. Bakery, some items like donuts always commonly discounted but other items in the same location are sold out quickly seldom ever moved to discount status. Bananas, associates need to take more care in stocking items, are bruised by putting them on the rack..

Arriving home we discovered that three items were missing, although they had been charged on the receipt. I called the phone number provided and listened to a long list of numbers to press for different sections of the store. None applied. The last option was to speak with the store's operator/switchboard. The first time the phone rang for three minutes, no answer. Half an hour later, I let it ring for two minutes, no answer. We finally made another trip to the store, which ate up almost an hour of travel time. The package was stored at the cashier's assigned check-out. The apology from the woman at customer service was sincere, but it was not her fault. I still can't understand why the store's phone number is not in service if the store is open.

Phyllis in the deli is amazing. She gave me some of the best chicken I’ve ever had from walmart. Chicken was sauced up! She was running that place like a professional.

Yesterday 9/30/23 I encountered the rudest register person ever. She was rude to the person that had a disability in front of me until another employee came to help him out. Then when my adult son and I started to check out she was rude to both of us. She was especially rude to me. I'm 82 yrs old and never in all my years have I ever seen anyone that rude. Then when another employee came around she was oh so sweet. Heads up Walmart some of your employees just want a check, they could care less about your customers.

today I went and everything was good but when we went to checkout. the person that was there was super rude not only we waited for 15 mins. but she needed to ask for both mine and my husband's ID for a pack of alcohol. it was ridiculous because no one ask for 2 IDs.
