Such an amazing place. They literally have everything for a pet, especially for not being as big as PetSmart, and the workers are super helpful. They were able to help me pick out the best leashes and food for my cats. Shout out to Jules and Evan for the help! Such amazing workers!

While the store itself is great and I always enjoy seeing the associates, I’m very disappointed to learn that they have a fish in store named Deggie, who is not being properly supported as a Beta. Beta’s need a 5 gallon tank minimum complete with filtration and circulation and live plants to hide within. This poor thing has only been given a small fish bowl that creates stress and can cause reflections making the fish think there is another male in the tank, causing it to attack and injure itself. There are plastic plants in the bowl which can cause tearing in the fins. I was informed that the manager is aware but “doesn’t care,” which is distressing as well. For that, I have to unfortunately give the location one star. The manager, Lisa, should be aware that should this fish pass, their death is on her hands.

We love the buyers club they offer! You can obtain a FREE bag of feed (for a variety of animals) after purchasing a set amount at your own pace. We are on bag 7/10 on cat food, and 2/6 on our bunny! Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable. Pets are welcome to come shop inside 💞. Huge variety of treats for each animal. And they will order items your looking for!! As a bargain shopper I'm excited to find a local store with competitive prices. We hope they're here for a long time!!

They are much larger inside than I imagined. I found what I was looking for and will shop my pet food and pet needs there again. So convenient and so personal unlike Walmart. Thank you Brothers for your excellent customer service.

Love to support local businesses. They have lots for dog supplies just wish they had more reptile stuff like dubia roaches or crickets or superworms. I would much rather give my money to local business than petsmart or petco
