My first and last time coming here.Over 2-3/4 hours to pull one bag of dog food and still waiting. This is their highly touted "1 hour curbside pickup"?? Store is not even crowded.Went in and offered to go grab it myself and was told I can't.This is not on the employees. They are pleasant and doing their best. This is poor management.Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to Petco down the street where 1 hour actually means 1 hour.EDIT TO ADD--To the owner, thank you for your prompt and kind response.

The groomer was so sweet to my Gypsy. She is a 14 year old goldendoodle who was long overdue for a haircut and they did a phenomenal job getting her back to a good starting point - while keeping her looking fashionable. Everyone is always so nice when I come in to get stuff for my dogs. Highly recommend to anyone needing a groomer and/or a friendly per environment to shop in around Plainfield! Update (3/8/24): this is still my go-to place to shop for my pets. It's always clean and organized, the employees are more than willing to assist me with any questions I may have, and their groomers contiue to take great care of my dogs. Plus, my girls love the little treats available at check out. 10/10 would recommend

I want to bring attention to the deceptive hiring process employed by this branch.These are the facts:1) Pet Supplies Plus posted a full time delivery driver job with benefits on Indeed.2) During the interview I was told it was a part time job.3) I was told, “this store doesn’t have many deliveries, so you’d mostly be working in freight.”Those are the facts.This business pulled a bait and switch. They mislead potential employees. That is deceptive and entirely dishonest.I asked the two managers, “what are some personality traits a person needs to succeed in this role?”The slow minded oaf with sleeve tattoos replied, “honesty and integrity.”I highly recommend all job seekers to steer clear of this place.Good day

My local PSP doesn't have a dog wash, so I came over to the Plainfield PSP to use theirs. The store looks very nice and well stocked, though I didn't go exploring down the aisles since I was on a mission to wash my pup. It is $10 to wash your dog or they have a 5/$25 deal. The wash is currently by appointment only on the weekends, but walk-ins are welcome during the week. The dog wash room is very nice with a tub for small dogs and another for larger dogs. Bring your own combs/brushes but leave your nail clippers at home (they don't allow trimming nails in the dog wash). PSP supplies the apron, shampoo, conditioner, towels and blow dryer.Update November 2023:Single wash is about $15 now. If you have a big dog, bring a friend. The water and blow dry hoses from the small dog station reaches to the big dog station and you can team up to wash your pup faster with double the water and drying!

Very clean, well stocked pet store. We used their self dog wash, so convenient! Each room has a tub for large dogs and small dogs. They supply towels, an assortment of shampoos, blow dryer.

I've been going here since they've opened, but they have a serious issue with staffing for their grooming. Tried to call on Thursday and couldn’t get through all day. Called the main store number and was told only one person was working and couldn’t answer the phone at all, maybe she could return a call tomorrow. Tried to make an appointment on line, and they disabled the feature, saying you have to call the store.Can’t count on them to be reliable to take your dog for grooming, had to find another place.

Avoid this place . I made online order . Women was babbling something over the phone she wanted confirmed last 4 of my card when I was driving. No one has time for that. Let them straggling in this bad time. They have bad customer service.

First place that got my cats food, employees always helpful, clean store, greatThey always have what I need in stock, clean store, friendly employees. My only complaint is the way they do their receipts. If you use a coupon, they take a little off all the items instead of the full amount of the coupon off at the bottom. This is added with the sale prices of each item, so it's hard to tell if you're getting the correct sale price.They have the items I need in stock. Quantity varies lately but at least they have my items.

We went to this pet supplies because of the dog wash. We recently moved from Glen Ellyn and loved our experience from our usual pet supplies. This dog wash, however, was underwhelming. No slip mats on the floor, mold everywhere, the tub was not clean, one tub didn't have a working hose, and the other didn't have a working blow dryer. I asked for 4 towels for one of my shepherd dogs who doesn't like the blow dryer, and the girl looked at me like I was asking for money out of her paycheck. It was a disaster to say the least. The rest of the store looked clean though. We won't be returning for the dog wash.

Scheduled a Wash and Nail trim @ 1630 per their website. They called shortly after to reschedule for earlier that same day. Arrived a little late cause they changed the time stating we “close at 1700” and I’m thinking wash and nails takes longer? So drove 20 miles for nothing! Wow! Definitely will take business somewhere else! Stay away people for the grooming. The girls acted like all they wanted to do was go home. I have 4 dogs and we will not spend money here again! I’m a local business owner and I know what it takes to make customers feel they deserve more but not here! Cashier was nice . Dog wash needs a makeover with help! I will post this everywhere and continue to spread the word daily! I believe nothing will be done about it. So therefore I will post daily all across fake book , Instagram… snap…. Etc . I will also touch base with corporate

I have never been more disappointed in the quality of a pet store. For a company that holds themselves to such high standards, I'm surprised this specific store hasn't been kept up. I came in over a week ago to bathe my dog and found mold growing around the tubs, floors, and walls. I asked to speak to a manager, and this ogre looking lady named Taelor walked up with the biggest attitude I've ever gotten from a retail manager. I expressed my concern, assuming that as a manager, she'd care to know if she wasn't already made aware. She rolled her eyes and said she already knew and that they would take care of it when they got a chance. Now, over a week later, the problem looks worse, and you can smell the fumes from the mold. I walked into the room for a moment and felt sick. I'm surprised the workers even tolerate the fumes enough to clean in those rooms unless they are not even doing that. I'd hope for the sake of the workers and other paying customers that this gets resolved, but until then, I'll gladly take my dogs to any other location.Oct 7thFollow up on my last unfortunate review. Came in again a few days ago to see if maybe I can get my dogs washed. Saw the same manager Taylor so I wasn't going to bother to ask if she actually did anything about it. Went into the bathing bunker and behold I see the mold problem still hasn't changed. I drove 10 minutes out of the way to another location and got my dogs cleaned up. Nice to know that not all locations are as disgusting as Planfield. Maybe a shift in management would help get some things done.

I love this place. I'm glad someone recommended it to us. We can have our bonding time bathing our pup and not have the mess at home. The only gripe I have is regarding the parking lot. The lines need to be painted again. It's hard to see where each spot is. Other than that, a fantastic place to bathe our pup and get her treats for being such a good girl!

Used to love coming to this store! Pet washes have gone up! Ladders always in the way with staff just walking around it! Used to be a law enforcement/military supporting store which was one of the reasons I used to drive out of my way visit and save that little 10% they gave us which really wasn’t the reason, but felt that a place that supported our troops and law enforcement deserved my business. Now petco is 15 min closer! Thanks.

The have a huge huge assortment of dog food. As well as treat's. I enjoy coming here with our puppy, she can pick toys that she wants. They have wet food for your dog if you are looking for that. The staff is polite and courteous.

I always enjoy coming to this store.I bring my dog to get groomed there. Megan is amazing! Everyone is so nice, however there is one employee that seems a little out of it every time I come. In fact I believe they where sleeping while I was trying to check out.

Very clean would recommend the pet wash only $14. They provide soap and towel, and you can take as long as you need with your dog. The door is also a pull on the inside you, and the dog can't push open the door.
