I purchase most of our groceries at Walmart and oftentimes order online and pick them up at a day and time that is convenient for me. I have a bad back with peripheral neuropathy in my legs and feet. This method works very well for me.Walmart has almost everything I need, and the prices are nearlyalways more reasonable than other stores. The selection is adequate most of the time.

It's a nice small town Walmart. They do a good job of carrying a variety of items. The place is usually clean, the staff is usually friendly and helpful, and I can generally find what I am looking for (since I know what I can expect to find at this Walmart).The shelves are usually well stocked, except sometimes in the toilet paper, Kleenex, and paper towel area and I rarely find out-of-date items.There usually needs to be one or two more cashiers.This county could greatly benefit from a Walmart that had a much larger food section, since one major grocery store, which was the only budget grocery store, went out of business. It's frustrating to go to Walmart and Dollar General to try and get as much cheaper food as you can before heading to the grocery store. If this Walmart offered a greater variety of foods, this would be helpful.

Literally the worst Walmart I've ever been in. Little to no vegan options. It's so small and no variety. It's like meat and dairy only... It's like a dollar general, but a bit bigger. Not impressed. Staff was a bit rude also. She wouldn't stop talking to the other cashier while I was standing in front of her. Wack.

There were 3 empty lanes when I was ready to check out. All 3 workers were at tge end of their lane waiting for customers. Naturally I went to the closest one. The girl stood there like we were having a stand off, I said excuse me, and she continued to stand there. Finally she's let's out an UGH, and walks around to the register. If her rudeness wasn't enough, she bagged deodorant and sunblock in the same bag as food. I had my daughter re bag it in front of her hoping she's know better for the next customer. I'd say she was probably late teens early 20's. She just didn't want to have to put much effort into working. I'd be embarrassed to behave the way she did.

Walmart is located along US 54 and just off Shetland drive.Recently remodeled, this small Walmart now appears to be more like the much larger supercenters. It has a larger selection and more variety across all departments. While reinventing itself, this small town Walmart has managed to keep that small-town feel.I would not go here looking for anything hard to find or uncommon. You will probably not find it here. But if you're needing common household items or food stuffs. This little Walmart has that covered. It has all the different departments of a much larger supercenter minus or with limitations in some such as fresh foodstuffs like produce and meat.If you need a prescription filled they have a full service pharmacy. Common vaccinations are available here. In the isles you can find all the common over the counter medication and other health and hygiene products. Also available is a selection of other medical items such as braces, wheelchairs and other mobility assistance and first aid items.In the vision center you can schedule eye exams for either glasses or contacts. Here you will find a good selection of eyeglasses and sunglasses. A small selection of other vision related items such as cases, eye drops and cleaners are also available here. The associates are able to repair your specks if they have been damaged.A small seasonal garden center can be found here. Everything needed to start and maintain a flourishing garden is available here.Basic Automotive department with common items such as filters (oil & air,) oil and other fluids. Some automotive electrical and electronics are also available.Large sized parking lot provides plenty of parking.

It's hard to find what you are looking for some times cause they are always moving tings around and it makes it hard to find what you are looking for other than that there prices are not bad except on some like your nut bars they are high and motor oil it is still high5.92 a quortof motor craft 5w 20

Dear mt vernon Walmart employee at the scan and go.... please get your head out of your a$$ and phone and do your job when approval is needed because those p.o.s. computers think I'm didn't scan a 2.88 box of kool aid drinks and 3.68 frozen wontons. Completely ridiculous that i have to wait for you to actually look up and notice i need your "approval" because I might be "stealing" something. Smfh...oh and where's my employee discount for checking myself out since there was na line for the ONE dang register that was open?!?!?!

They didn’t have the item I was looking for, the Walmart App said it was in stock, sadly it was not. The store itself was clean and the workers were friendly and helpful. Restrooms were clean.

I've been in stores before where the staff made you feel like you were bothering them if you asked any questions that is not the case at this particular Walmart anytime I have had to ask questions or couldn't find anything or something the staff was right there to help perfectly happy doing so

This Walmart is small, don't expect them to have everything your looking for but they have you mostly covered with the basics. All in all the staff is usually accommodating to and pleasant to their costumers. Good but not large selection of goods.

I LOVED this Walmart. I drove down 8hrs from Michigan to meet a Siamese breeder to get a 1 y/o male Lilac-Point. I arrived early and needed to use the 'facilities' after such a long drive. Being in my 40s (yes I'm a 40-ish man who loves Siamese), and not a fan of the modern age whatsoever, I long for simpler times with simpler ambience. So...getting to my point, I swear I was walking through a 1980s Walmart store. It was 7am, peacefully quiet store, and as I walked down the perfectly kept aisles I was immediately swept back to when I worked at Walmart part-time beginning in 1989; while going to high school. Even the smell of the store was fragrant nostalgia. The Staff was gentile and polite. It has been YEARS since I actually had a moderately eventful experience at Walmart. So, to the Pittsfield Walmart.....THANK YOU!!!

The staff here is rude and only chooses to inforce policies when they choose to. My husband and I go in regularly and they never request both ours id's for alcohol purchases...today they decided to card my 15 year old step daughter and almost refused to sell becuase she was in the store with my husband, while in another lane they let another couple go un id'ed at all. We spend alot of money here and the way they treat people is unnacceptable. If this wasnt the only major store in 30 miles I would never patronize this place again. Spoke to a manager he honestly could have cared less.just appeased me to get me off the phone.

Delivery only. The guy who unloaded me here was the first time I seen him. But he rudely told me to pull up 10 to 15 feet.. now I get it because only one dock to unload in and the GM truck was in there. But the many times I visited this location I wasn't treated like this.. but other then that unloading was quick unlike most stores where I hit a dock.
