Have been searching for a concrete base for my table forever. They had what I was looking for Owner is absolutely the nicest lady I have met and was so very helpful!!! Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for concrete art!!!! Will definitely be buying more pieces !!!

They have all kinds of statues there and benches. From Indians, Cowboys, Angels, Gorillas, Chickens 🐓, Turtles, 🦅 Eagles, Birdbaths, Butterflies, You Name it They have it. We bought a Lovely Bench for Our Daughters Grave. We plan on going back there again and again 😃. They are nice and friendly people 😉👍 I will add a picture 🖼️ of it later when we have it setup on her grave. 🙏

We love this place!!! Their concrete statues are so cute!! So many unusual ones to choose from!! And now they have metal figurines too!!! We always make a quick tour through there everytime we go to Pittsfield!!

so, back in early/mid July, I drive an hour to place a special order at this small mom & pop place. A young lady who works for them says to me that the piece i want may not be available in the size I would like. I tell her that's okay just please let me know. She asks when I need it by, I explain to her that I live an hour away and only have Tuesday afternoons and Wednesday mornings off but I would like it before school starts at the end of August so that we could possibly make the pick up into a field trip to Missouri. She says no problem, she will call if the size I want isn't asked for and again when it was ready.Fast forward to last Wednesday afternoon. My phone rings, I say hello and a lady says to me 'Hi this is Stacy calling from Reel, Net & Twine.Do you still want your statue?' I said of course. She proceeds to say to me, 'well it's been here a few weeks so I just didn't know.' Me, 'ok, I asked you to just let me know so I could come get it on my away from the office time." Her, "well it's been here. Are you coming or not?' Me, I will be there next week around noon on Wednesday.Today at noon...I arrive at 12;10 and there is a sign up in the door that says, 'went to dinner, back shortly' and a phone number. I call the number and ask the lady how long until she returns. Needless to say it went downhill from there. When she got back to the building, no apology, nothing. She says 'you here for your order?' I said, yes. She then goes inside, and gets the alternative (and almost twice the price) piece. So I said, I thought you were going to let me know if this was the direction you guys were going. She says no I told you that the other one probably wouldn't be available. So I said, are you going to discount the price a little for me since this is not what I ordered? She grumbled a little and said fine. Then she asked me why I was being so rude to HER!Don't want to give a bad rating on a nice little mom & pop place because it was just a young lady working for these people, but yikes! Customer service anyone??

Small mom and son operation with a large variety of concrete statues. Some of them have mold lines on them, but the prices are right If you that picky about seams you can fix it yourself.
