Several times I have been told one thing and apparently that wasn't what was wrong. Just recently was told my teen dog had arthritis,a week later she died in my arms at home!!! One of my dogs has been on three different medications to try to get rid of a cough/hack, nothing has helped at all.

Rating this only based on 1st impression. Called to make appointment as a new client. Was told they were not taking new patients, that was ok I understand. Then called back asking about retail products etc as I am new to the area, both times the person answering the phone was very rude and short with me. I guess they don't sell shampoo or anything there that a pet may need.

The care is the best, the pricing is the best, the heart worm prevent is less through them than at the online places, they take great care with small animals even though I have had a wait due to an emergency farm call. Even in the end when I have had to say good bye to a dear friend they are gentle with them and comforting to the owner. Great care great staff great price.

We have multiple ages and breads of working dogs, horses, cattle, and sheep. I have had such good service from this clinic! They are wonderful, and I truly appreciate how easy they have been to work with. You all are such a blessing to my four legged family. Thank you!

Very friendly helpful staff. Have taken many animals here and recommend them to everyone needing vet care. Dr Johnson is very a nice and compassionate vet. And not only are they a great place to take your pet for care but you'll find they have the best prices around for a vets office!!!

Our dog is part Chihuahua and is a stereotype of the breed hating vets and thinks that she is tough when seeing a bigger dog. So she tends to cause a scene. The vets and techs are so understanding and really nice. They do an excellent job and won't cost you an arm and a leg. They usually can get you in quick depending on the time of the week i.e. if you call on Thursday for an appointment you may have to wait until Monday or Tuesday unless it is an emergency they will try and get you in sooner.

Was turned down for my dogs to simply get their shots. Lady asked if I was in pike county, which I said yes and that I'm in Barry, and then I was told they aren't taking new clients outside of pittsfield and couldn't refer me someone that is.

Dr Wilki is a very gentle Vet, although our big baby might not think so. She was a mess, not at all fond of needles. Dr Wilki was great with her.
