GREAT, friendly, small-town service!!!! Dave and the entire staff went out of their way to be helpful! I placed a special order for a seasonal treat for Children’s Church. Dave picked it up at the Quincy store, and had the fresh order ready for me to pick up in Pittsfield. They even helped deliver the boxes to my car! Thanks to all of you for going the EXTRA MILE! You are greatly appreciated!

Let me start with I’ve lived in this town my whole life and I have always gotten the birthday cake from CountyMarket. I have never had a problem with them and honestly I prefer the cake here. So when my 21st birthday was a week away I asked my friend to order a cake from here now her and I have the same style the alternative type and I have full trust that that’s the type of cake that she described to this bakery I specifically asked for her to make sure that the bakers don’t cheap out and put plastic decorations on like they did last year, so I was very excited to see my cake. To my surprise when I went to pick it up after work this is what I was met with. For my 21st birthday I was given a cake that looks like a second grader decorated it I do not know how they thought that this was OK and for $30. Thankfully, my friend got a full refund and I went out and bought another cake because of this horrid design the “skull” isn’t even head shaped and is that a bleeding heart? their customer service’s excuse was that their normal bakers weren’t in. This was ordered a week or more prior to my birthday I feel as if there is no excuse as to why my cake look this terrible. I feel as if they should’ve told me they wouldn’t be able to complete the order instead of doing a very poor job, so I hope anybody who considers ordering a cake from here sees this review.

It is the store in town that have a good assortment of everything, but especially meats and seafood. It is a little more expensive than the rest of the stores in town but it sells very good products.

I was totally shocked by the pricing,only cause I haven't been in there for sometime,I really dont see how a family can make it these days shopping there,an I also thought maybe because of Savealot closed I don't know,I been shopping at Walmart in Jacksonville!

Had a Rx issue and it was promptly resolved. To top it off pharmacist told me that I was being charged more for another Rx how it was but she could send off for it differently to be half the price, if I could wait a couple days on it! 5 star always.

Thanks for a wonderful meal for our family reunion! Delivered to Jellystone , we had chicken tenders, mashed potatoes/gravy, green beans, Mac n cheese, and rolls for 50 people. Every thing was wonderful with many comments about the best chicken strips ever. Highly recommend!

Best selection of food stuffs in town. Moderately priced but well worth it. Sometimes their in store ground beef has old beef hidden in the center but other than that no complaints. Friendly staff and usually quick service at checkout. All mobile pay apps accepted here as well as major credit cards, checks and cash.

Nice small town grocer. Prices are decent and sales are frequent. Not a lot of selection for ethic groups or vegetarian/vegans unfortunately. I do my base shopping here and go out of town for our majority of our dietary needs.

I have 2 issues with this store. First, they are TERRIBLE about purging overdate items. I have to look at the expiration dates on EVERYTHING because of having to return outdated items I had inadvertently purchased in the past. Everytime I go in there I still find overdate items! Secondly, the staff are not very friendly or helpful at all. They barely crack a smile at you and *maybe* utter a whisper of a grunt at you during checkout. They need to teach their employees about being FRIENDLY & CHEERFUL, and to not act like you're bothering them to wait on you.

We went for Thanksgiving dinner with three other people who had no where to go. I was amazed at the nice lunchroom and Thanksgiving buffet!! When one of our friends suggested it, I thought, " you crazy?" but went along. It was really nice and fun!

I am very satisfied every time I shop here not only cause every employee wears a mask but every employee is very helpful especially Tom. He drops everything he is doing and walks me to the exact product that I need. That is what customer service is all about.

Save A lot grocery store seems to have a larger selection of items . So many items that County Market should carry but doesn’t. So on my shopping days I have to go to Save A lot, Walmart then County Market. It would be more convenient if I could just buy all my goods at County Market as I prefer their stores meat and produce Department over anything else in town.

Good place to grab a few things that you need. Not your while grocery list but some of the staples. They do serve hot food inside and have a place to eat it. The chicken is amazing.

Always stop here on the way to our family's Memorial Day reunion each year. Love the people and the store. Was surprised not to see a bigger selection of flowers to use for a pot or memorial urn. Also, their BLACKBERRY PIE is my husband's favorite....none available on the way downstate..so I made him GO ASK for one on our way home later that day. They had them...but didn't realize none were on the shelves! Wake up folks!😀 ya' can't sell 'em if we can't see 'em! Yyyuuummmy pies. Thanks for finding him one, so I don't have to make one. Get more flowers next year! 🌷💐🌸
