My dog was scared because of all the other dogs barking he's always been like that because he was abandoned abused and then the guy pulled him across the floor I didn't really appreciate what that dude did and then he picked them up at the end our little Roscoe is a sweet loving caring animal and didn't need to be treated like that

I was very pleased with the grooming that my buddy Solan received Thursday. It was even reasonably priced compared with the last one that I felt was overpriced and wY too short for my liking as you can see Solan is a fluffy, beautiful dog and this is what he looked like from the other place that charged me 20 more dollars

I just love this place. They are so good with ALL animals, and they do a FANTASTIC job on both of my dogs. The workers are very kind. They are just right out AWESOME!!! I have never been anywhere else because they are so good, and I trust them!

The groomers were excellent. Our dog is usually afraid to go to strangers, but she seemed perfectly fine with them. They are busy, but we got an appointment within a week of my call.

Love taking my dogs to the Lodge of the four Paws! I know my dogs are taken care of when I have to leave them for their grooming appointments! Jill and Della always do a wonderful job grooming them!!🐾

Will definitely NOT be taking my dogs back. Took them to have them groomed, my smaller dog came home with her head and face cut up, was told, it was from irritation from clippers, but was also told clippers were not used on her head, so, what happened to my dog?!! Ended up having to take her to vet because of infection in the cuts. Also, both of my dogs were covered in fleas when i got them home. Owner did reimburse the grooming fee for ONE of my dogs and the vet bill. Very disappointed that my dogs had to go through this nightmare, will not be going back!

Great service. Very friendly. Super accommodating pick up and drop off times. My dog practically jumps out the car window to go in, so has his seal of approval, too!

When we went to pick our dogs up they smelled horrible like they slept in their urine and poop for the 5 days. One of the dogs chewed open a full water bottle on the way home and started to drink all the water. When we got home they drank a ton of water. When we picked them up, they said they were over booked but that's still no excuse to not have a clean kennel. We will not be taking our dogs back.

They did a very poor job with my great pyrneese. Did not even clean her ears. Whatever shampoo they used caused her hair to fall out down to bare skin.

Not a bad place to get our fur babies groomed they do a great job my complaint is 1 they took 38 days to cash the check I wrote to them 2 much needed parking lot improvements 3 need to work on being more timely win someone walks in
