Called about a specific item (USB Flash Drive) and the man that answered the call was friendly, courteous and well informed on what I was looking for. He gave me options over the phone for other sizes/prices.Ace Hardware saved us a trip to Springfield and/a visit to the internet for this item.It's refreshing to know that even though computer storage devices/hardware aren't necessarily what most people go there to purchase; they give us the convenience of carrying it for the ones that do. I'll be calling them first for anything else I need in the future!
