Stop in for a quick order to. Ordered a 1/3lb mushroom swiss burger $5.99 and a small order of fries $1.99. Pulled out of the lot and at the stop light grabbed some fries. Imagine that, they are cold. Really Hardees. The burger on the other hand was freshly made and hot. Very good sandwich. I really don't eat much fast foods so probably be a year or so before I stop back in here.

Went thru drive thru to get 4 orders of biscuits and gravy with a large coke then they say a total and we were like she didn’t hear us so then we got their attention again and then said we need 4 orders she said oh 4 orders hold on we only have 3 get up to the window and they say the same total and I said we ordered 4 and you guys said you only had 3 then says I’m so sorry about that we only have 1 someone took the last 2. No we ordered them thru the drive thru you don’t give them to someone else in the store. Will never go back ever again they didn’t even try to do anything about it. What a dump!

If you had to make a bet between the speed of these workers, and a snail with a limp, choose the snail. We went in for dinner with maybe two people in the drive through and got dine-in. We made it in at 8 and we’re told that they don’t do any chicken “that late” and there was nothing in a large size and they had no fries, just curly or onion rings. We placed our order and sat in sight of the counter and proceeded to be forgotten for 40 minutes sitting at sticky disgusting tables that had just been cleaned, listening to the staff make jokes about customers in the drive-thru and continuously forgetting what they were supposed to be making. Two groups came in after us and ordered more than we did and still left before us. When we asked for a refund we were told that they don’t do refunds. I know that Hardee’s are overall not that fast but I have never waited that long on a pair of fries and a burger. If the Dairy Queen line is super long, still go to the Dairy Queen. Would rate negative stars if possible.

Pulled into the drive thru to get breakfast at 10:05 a.m. I heard the employee tell the person ahead of me , that they were out of gravy and only have six biscuits left. The person ordered and pulled forward. We pull up and the lady says one moment please, we wait for about three minutes and around the corner comes the employee with the headset on saying there are switching to lunch because they ran out of EVERYTHING FOR BREAKFAST!!!!!!!Last I heard only gravy was gone and they only had a few biscuits left!!! To me that means they have enough of everything else!!! Very poor service!!!

The food was Hardee's.. Its a fast food restaurant, dont except 5 star service you will be mistaken. Kathy was very nice and polite.

I literally just had the worst experience at this Hardee's location I ordered 40.00 worth of food through the drive thru and the first thing that happened was the drive thur speaker was real low and was told to drive up to the window we was looking at the menu and was then told again to pull up to the window we waited in drive thur for over 20 minutes to see staff eating food and other staff walking around seeming confused about getting orders out together we were handed out milk shakes first while our food was sitting on the counter and eventually was handed out food as we checked to see if our food was correct we discovered that one of our fries were wrong and the other two fries that way undercooked we told the staff about this and was then told to pull up to wait on our fries which was cooked right I have worked in food service for years and I know exactly how a restaurant is supposed to be run and this was some of the worst service I've seen in my life I definitely won't be returning to this location and I seriously hope the owners of this restaurant gets some better crew or someone that can retrain the current staff to meet the expectations of this food chain

This place 😩 ugh. Everytime we go, our order is messed up and that's not even the worst part of it all... But when you wait absolutely no doubt for the bare minimum of 20 minutes for something that should take no longer than 10mins max then you begin to raise eye brows in wonder of what is going on behind closed doors. When you reach the window you are greeted by a person who isn't interested at all in pay the customer any kind of attention or diligence for their support. They rudely speak to coworkers or play on the phone while continuing to ignore the fact you have been sitting there forever. You finally received your food and thank God you can leave only to pull away with half of your order, and the half you have isn't correctly made either. I'm amazed that someone hasn't really went crazy on someone working here, because I promise you they push my limits.No food or cold food with horrible service after waiting for 20-40 minutes isn't my idea of "fast food" and when you actually receive your "meal" y o ur not even sure that it's actually food at all... 🤨 idk just don't waste your time please, Petersburg is better than this.... Idk how this place slips thru the cracks continuously. 😒

Every Time I go there to order,im told "were not doing chicken strips today". Update the menu to what you have avaliable. What's the point of offering chicken strips if you won't cook them. I won't be returning.

I guess Hardees in Petersburg allow the staff there to get completely drunk while on duty now. Zachary Slater was so trashed on the job Sunday night that he could barely function, in fact while on the job he left Hardees store and stumble over to County Market next door and started harassing the staff over there. So if your food was wrecked it was because of a pathetic drunk in Hardees kitchen slopping it together, and I'm so sure he was being completely sanitary.. This isn't the first time Zach had a party of 1 while on the job, in fact employees at Casey's across the road say he comes over there regularly while working to buy the little shots of Fireball before returning to work. Want to know why service is terrible at Hardees? It's because of employees like Zachary work there. Smh.

Wife and I visit the town often,  EVERY time food is worse than the last,  sloppy , overcooked and cold,The drive-thru lady, was for SURE  high on drugs.  and  incoherent, when a person  cannot grasp the concept of using a separate bag for a 2nd combo meal .....or speak without sluring and repeating.....DESPITE multiple calls to higher levels from both my spouse and myself over the last 120 days  it continues to worsen.

I have been here several times. The place is always well kept and tidy. It isn't super fast but it is Hardees after all, and good food takes time. The $5 box meal is the best deal in town.
