Always friendly staff and definitely one of the cleaner dollar general stores I've been in here in the Midwest. The manager could definitely be friendlier and more helpful to both customers and employees. Lately they haven't had the things we normally pick up from here which is disappointing because it's been over 2 weeks of waiting with no success.... but I will keep the faith. Small town stores are a need to many of us so if a grouchy manager and a few empty spots of the shelf is all I have to deal with I'm positive I can withstand this storm lol!

Their Greeting Card section needs a lot of work. Aisles are usually filled with carts of items that need to be shelved. Hard to get through.

Never has the place cleaned up cant get thru the aisles. Manager is most unfriendly person I've ever met and don't think she treats her customers with the respect they deserve. If it weren't for the staff that has to deal with her I wouldn't even give 1 star to be honest.

Better then the other dollar store in terms of products but a lot of the time the self checkout isnt operating and you cant find the workers for a bit

Everytime I go to this store all I get is problems. This time was the worse though. Basically made to feel I am lying and it is my fault. The register was acting up. Manager told me it didn't go thru. I went out and checked my EBT app. Shows money was taken. I tried to talk to her and explain but got treated all fake again. She gave me numbers to call. Guess what? More run around. Now told I have to wait 2 days for them to have it show if they did charge me.Which they did.

I just had to pop in for 4 items. I haven't been in this store before and didn't really time to go and search for everything. 2 items I had an employee help me find and she was great. Both employees were very friendly. The clean was a bit cluttered but they were putting things away...so it isn't like they weren't working on it.

A little busy, but looks like they need extra help putting thier delivery truck away, to many obstacles in the way in the isles. Employees were very nice!

They have signs saying saying you can ship your FedEx packages there but once their 2 x 5 ft shelf is full they refuse to take any more. It doesn't say that on any of the signs.

The store has some stable help that know where everything is. Being a rural town, this is a major shopping stop for consumer disposable goods. A bit of everything from OTC to bird feed, Edy's ice cream, eggs, homewares, hardware, etc.

They are always very friendly and very helpful, I can usually find what I am looking for. The only negative things are they need wider isles and motor carts for the handicap folks.

Depends on which store you go too. Petersburg,Il store is way to small for the inventory and check out lanes are to small. Staff is very nice and helpful..

It's always Cutler and when your looking for something you have to look in three places. Food should be in one/two areas not, through the store.

Good selection of stuff for such a small location but it's cluttered and I wish they had a slightly larger selection of Illinois fighting illini stuff but their selection is actually pretty large

I am here once per week. Great place for cleaning supplis, clothing, vitamins. Bedding , some fast foods, etc.

Kind of small but that's not necessarily the store's fault. DG has so much merchandise that this particular store had nowhere to store it.
