Busy Sunday, i came into the automotive department with tire issues. Lawrence, David, and Ethan took care of the problem with courtesy and skill in less than a half hour wait. This facility always seems to come thru. They got the job done with excellent customer service.

This Walmart has the friendliest cashiers. I always enjoy coming here and getting assistance. I'm a person with a disability this is one of two Walmarts I shop at in this one blows the other one completely out of the water. A lot of times I go places and people won't look me in the eye because I'm disabled but I never have that issue here. Thank you! I appreciate when people offer to help me even though I try to be independent. I never get this level of customer service at the Princeton Walmart.

The Most Unfriendly Unwelcoming Wal-Mart I've ever been in. From the person at the door. She was deep in conversation when I came in and chatting with different people when I was leaving. The associates look at me and go back to doing whatever. Maybe because I am a Black woman, I don't know. I'm a truck driver.

In my 42 years of shopping Walmarts around the country, these are the friendliest, smiling, willing to help employees I’ve ever witnessed.Usually there is no smile, and an eye roll on telling me where an item is located.Not in Peru Walmart!!!The managers there have somehow gotten their hands on a real customer service manual!It is my favorite place to shop because of friendly employees and a great selection in so many categories.Keep up the great work, it is noticed and appreciated.

I usually never go inside the store. I prefer to order online and pick it up. The employees who bring the groceries to the car are always very polite and nice.

I like making one stop for all my supplies. Walmart has all my favorite dog foods and healthy treats. I check myself out, making the visit quick and easy.

Peru Walmart is clean and has plenty of people on the floor who are willing to help when asked or ask if you need any help. Recently, there have been more cashiers added, waiting to check your items. Items are well stocked, and if not just ask, and they will check for you.

Found everything I need. Staff was very helpful in letting me know where items could be found. Seemed to better staffed then other Walmarts I have been to. Really big store!

For one you know a store is horrible when bots are giving 5/5 stars and still saying the employees arent friendly. Id love to work there its like being at home only you can get your anger out on customers instead of loved ones.im so sick of the lazy rude employees walking around ignoring customers to spill the tea with Co workers about how little they get paid for what they do? This is a joke right? Guy in electronics working with the taller dude yesterday 12/22/23 around noon you're a great customer service worker and deserve more pay. Dude who looked at me 5x while pretending to break down boxes with a full line of customers and than copped a attitude after seeing me 4x and I finally asked your help which you huffed and puffed. You deserve the little pay. Start giving employees like (I'll try and get your name you've been there everyday seems like and you're never not kind). I'm sorry you have to work with little boys brushing there hair. The rest of the employees crying about pay but doing absolutely nothing you get what you earn. 0. It's funny the complaints get bigger and Walmart makes more money. Hire welcoming people.

Low prices. Low service. Large variety. Loads of store brands. Curbside pickup takes a long time. Delivery is a good option. There is a friendly greeter. I went in for a KitchenAid mixer beater but they didn't have one for my model. I got some Reese's and left. The Reese's were eaten onntje ride home.

We were treated like thieves at our last Walmart visit. I am done with this store. We were checked out by their cashiers yet we had to present our receipt and have our purchases checked. I will not go back

The store looks pretty clean it's our 1st time to shop at a Walmart in Illinois. We are from Texas. There's a lot of empty counters everywhere it must be shopped a lot. The employees were nice. And there was actually more than 3 registers open for customers to check out. The bathrooms were clean also which is a nice surprise. There is a lot of Clarence going on at this time .

I stopped in for some car food on my trip from OR to NY. Everything I was looking for was in the same exact spot as the store in Oregon. Even the items I don't go in for but can't seem to leave without.I would give 5 but I'm still sour every time I see all the self checkout lines. I'll forever hold back a star for that. I can't help but think of all the jobs lost and employee wages not being put back into our economy but staying in Walmart's pocket. Not to mention check yourself out, bag it yourself but still pay the same.

It's Walmart. The employees are miserable, and it shows any time you have to have an interaction with them. Can never find what you're looking for because the app will say they have it, but they don't. Forget their grocery pickup service! That's an absolute disaster.

Peru, IL Walmart….If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. the employees at this location DISGUST me they let my daughter have two seizures and NO EMPLOYEE called for an ambulance. No EMPLOYEE tried to help her. No EMPLOYEE tried to do anything and her boyfriend was there and he was screaming. Help me help me help me for a half an hour and NO one called AN AMBULANCE and NO ONE did anything THE “employees” look directly at him and they continue to walk by!!!!! TWO CUSTOMERS HAD TO HELP HER !!!Thank God for those two people those two people were off duty EMTs if it were not for them, she would not have gotten at least enough help until the ambulance had finally arrived. My daughter almost passed away tonight. NO THANKS TO WALMART!!!!!! I cannot believe this happened .

Hey you know the Altima with no front bumper? Yea thanks for havin me wait 2 hours just for you guys to say we haven’t started your oil change but kept my car inside. If y’all need business then maybe if you had your tech stop stocking shelf’s and actually work on cars things might get done and y’all might see more of a positive outcome. People work, people have lives, family, friends no one wants to hang out with y’all for 2 hours.
