Came in to get ear buds for my work out. Bought JBL the box was damaged didn't think to much about it. When I opened the box up. Notice that it was different item, they are heyday which are 14 and jbl are 60. Huge difference in prices. Called 7 times nobody answer. Was told no on the return. Because we saw you buy this box. Not asking for my refund but swap out for the correct product. So I'm out 40 bucks. Refuse to take any responsibility. Never buying anything like this from target.

Came in to get 3 of one item. I couldn't find it, so I asked a worker if she could help. She gladly did, and I picked them, went to pay, and went off to home where other chores await! Very friendly, knowledgeable people.A+

Love Target its clean and mostly affordable. Alot of the time its comparable to Walmart even. Love the bettet quality however...those products cost more because you get what you pay for...Rock on Target!!

It's an upscale Walmart; some prices are outrageous for common household goods. Get a Target card and take 5% off every time you shop.

Very convenient, everything I was looking for was in one place. Only difficultly I had was price tags missing but staff was friendly and helped out.

Mostly, I shop at Target because I'm submitting a rebate on the items I'm purchasing. To verify that the item is in stock and at the store, I order it online for store pickup. There is no usable receipt for refunds, so each time I must ask your employee to refund and repurchase the items. It's a waste of your employee's time and mine.

They were so busy. Christmas is in 4 days. However, I was able to find a very helpful employee, who showed me what I was looking for. Then, I was waiting in a very long line to pay for one item and another checkout opened. I zoomed up to that cashier. Very friendly service as well.

This target has most things but not as much variety as Chicago stores. The staff is friendly and nice, the bathrooms are clean and so is the store! Always a nice experience! Plus they have a Starbucks inside

I've been shopping at this Target for a few years & it's bathrooms are the cleanest so I always have to stop in. They used to have a Chase machine next to customers service but it has been replaced. Now, I just have to go to check out, which is hit or miss there. I always have to double check my receipt from here. It's mainly when items on sale not registering the sale price, but if you find an error, customer service is always willing to adjust it for you.I also like the gift cards if you purchase their items mainly for the household items you were going to buy anyhow. I save my gift cards & use them in December when I need them the most. One year I had almost $300.00 in gift cards. I do shop online & have it ready for pick up. It helps me get the sale price, plus no shipping. I love that it's right inside the door so easy in & out. I know I'll be shopping here for years to come. The quality & sale prices are the best.

Always a great shopping experience. The staff always goes above and beyond to find product, answer questions, and are generally friendly. The store is always clean and the $1 spot is always my first stop :-) I try whenever possible to shop Target first, then hit other stores for things I couldn't find. Love the 5% savings with my red card as well!

Store is clean and well lit. Downside is my Target is under reorganization and hard to find stuff. Also, please don't take away the checkout clerks. It is always nice to talk with them and expedite the process. I hate self check out.

I absolutely love our target. It's one of my favorite if not just my favorite store and walk around store here. The pharmacy is nice, and the pharmacist there is why I keep going back because of how her mannerism is so polite and helpful, with a good personality, which I have found a good number of people in our area lack.

Went to Target on Sunday had a few items for school they only had one lane open and the line was long so I used self checkout. Nowhere prior to scanning your items does it say that if you use cash an associate needs to come over. Not a problem until I ask a simple question, " why can't you use cash on self checkout if there is money/ change at each station?" Associates response " I don't know I didn't make the machine! Here's your change and your receipt is over there" Then she walks away. Now I was not rude nor did I think the question I asked was rude but the associate seemed very entitled and rude. I WILL NEVER shop at Peru Target again. I am also going to put in a complaint on the associate. All of it was unnecessary!!!

Store and employees are great, but the selection of men's clothing is a bit sparse. Often times I find myself finding something good looking, but the only sizes for which it is available are either small or double extra large. I wish there was more product of different sizes available.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!My son received a sprinkler for his birthday and when we went to use it it had a design flaw where it was letting water spray out of the hose connection. This is because of a design flaw it has a ball valve and it does not seal properly letting the water escape. So when we went to the Peru Illinois store to return it and purchase a different style. They had the same one on the shelf for $11.99 but when I I tried to return the one I had they were only going to pay me $3.50 because I didn’t have my receipt. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced trying to return something. I was going to purchase a more expensive one if I could of returned mine for the price it was selling for in the store. The customer service lady(Ashley) was extremely rude and the manager I believe her name was Reveena whom was called up was just as rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Instead Walmart surely appreciated my business. I used to like target but I will not give that store any more of my business. And I will be sure to inform family, friends, coworkers and even complete strangers of this terrible experience.

Customer service at Peru Target is top notch. I want to highlight a particular associate...thank you Destiny. I believe that was her name. All of the gals at customer service yesterday were so helpful and kind. I tried to do a store pick up order online for a TV stand. After several missteps, I ended up getting my TV stand from their current inventory on the floor. There was a little snafu with the original ordering process. Destiny took care of me and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. She didn't have to do that. Peru Target really takes care of their customers.

My order was ready for pickup in five minutes. Someone was having problems with a return and another associate came up in less than a minute to help the rest of the people in line. I stopped shopping at Target for a very long time because it was a hassle. I put Target in the same category as Walmart, where I also refuse to shop. The new(er?) manager is a regular at my work and he mentioned managing our Target so I gave it another shot before Christmas. I have been beyond impressed with my three experiences there, including one where an item rang differently than stated on the shelf tag. The associate said, “Charles says customers come first and to change it to make the customer happy” which blew me away. This had not been the same kind of experience I had in previous years, where they would check the item and then act like I was wrong for not actually reading the item description from the shelf tag. These past few experiences have gotten you back a formerly jaded customer.

Target in Peru, Illinois is one of my favorite stores. I am able to get many things there. It has a small pantry area for grocery items. I get almost all of my toiletries and cleaning supplies there. It's clean, well set-up, and pleasantly quiet. There is a Starbucks on site. The clothing selection is good. I wish it was a super Target with full groceries.

The Peru target is always a great place to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful. If you ask where something is they will walk you to the item and not just tell you. The only thing I wish was that it was a supertarget because it would be great if it had more groceries.

Its ridiculous how poorly your laptop computer displays are. I was just in and the employee that tried to help me was from another department. I was told the person who was in that department was at lunch. Then we couldn't figure out which computer's went with which prices. Sorry I am not just going to buy what ever without knowing what i am getting. I suggest either fix your displays and include prices. Or give up trying to sell computer's.

went in today for 1 thing. Didnt need a cart and did not want to touch a cart. Girl working the door said very rudely its mandatory and made me take one. As I was leaving there were 3 different groups of people walking in and she said nothing to them about taking a cart. Which not one of them did. Will shop else where from now on

Terrific customer service from Gloria and Brian on July 29th 2017 while I was searching for specific Lego sets, the sets weren't available but the enthusiasm and service was top notch and appreciated. They really went out of their way. Thank you, Target beats the local Wal-Mart in every aspect. Thanks again folks

They had half my order ready (which was 2 tubes of lipgloss) ... I then ran back to the makeup section and the other tube I ordered was on the shelf....3 of them. I should’ve just ran in and bought them myself. Unbelievable 🙄

Super friendly staff here. I went up to the counter to purchase an item that was marked wrong and they gave it to me for the better price in a very friendly manner. The manager came over and took care of it personally. He was very polite and nice to me.
