The self copy machine was down and there was a staff member working on it right away. The girl at the counter was on her own and a line formed for printing services. She was very attentive to all the customers even in a rush. Copy machine was fixed in about 15 minutes and I was on my way. Would come back. Helpful staff

I was charged $25 for Express Guarantee. I was not told of this charge nor did I see any sign posted stating this charge. I did not need the copies right away. I could have dropped them off and came back later. I could have bought 2 ink cartridges and do them myself for even cheaper. No longer a customer of Staples.

Closed early today. We got in the parking lot at 5:57 to pick up cards. Ordered and they were a ware we were coming . Closed before 6:00 resulting in our 1 hour drive being a waste of time and money . After having multiple issues with them cutting and printing my company’s cards.

Went to drop off packages for UPS pick up. Needed to buy a couple boxes to put them in. Julie the cashier was very helpful, asked if I needed any tape or scissors to seal boxes. I didn’t but the offer was nice. Cut myself sealing the boxes and when I went back in to finish shipping the boxes Julie noticed the cut and offered a band aid. I was in retail for 30 years, and Julie’s service was excellent. Staples very lucky to have her on their team. Especially in today’s workforce! Thank you Julie!!

I shipped a package from here back at the end of November, it was returned which was UPS fault not that of staples. However, I was told my ups that the store had put their location as return address so I called Staples twice the first gentleman I spoke to was great, when I called back a lady helped me and after explaining the issue she sounded annoyed and said she would look into and call me back. This was yesterday around 1 pm and it’s now 8:30 the following day and no one called me back. Even if you can’t help someone follow through on what you tell a customer you’re going to do. It goes a lot farther than just blowing someone off. Things like this is why I will go elsewhere, I want to give my business to a company who makes customer service priority.

The Staples in Peru, IL has been very good and patient in getting some of our art work laminated. Especially helpful was one girl (Randy)who went above and beyond the call of duty. After one of our grand daughter's pieces got ruined she made another and Randy sent it "next day" to her as she had already left for CA. Also sending a sweet note with it. Thank You! Thank You!

Well supplied. Went in to replace a printer and was helped by a very friendly staff member. Was asked what printer was mainly used for and if we did colored copys or black and white or both. Sold what we needed and nothing more, highly recommend this store. Extremely helpful and recommend it HIGHLY!!

Easy to find layout. Common supplies in stock. Clean atmosphere. Wonderful selection of back-to-school supplies. Some staff where over-the-top helpful and others seemed to turn away so as not to be available. Good prices on regular items. Huge discount on sale items.

I dont understand why I was just unable to purchase a laptop computer from this local store. If you are unable to order the ones you have on display. I suggest you remove the display models. It's a waste of our time coming in and to be told "sorry we cant get these". Why are you doors even open still if you dont have items for us to purchase? It's very sad and eventually places will be gone because of this practice.

The service was ok, sadly we were there right before they closed so they were a rush but the job we needed done was completed we just had to pay more to get it done the same day.It was odd they turned the lights off while we were being taken care of.

Good location if you need to maintain a stock of the most basic office supplies. No other reason to shop there. Staff is not very helpful. The store advertises items as on sale but doesn’t have them in stock. Staff is inconvenienced when asked about similar items. I’ve never been in a store whose employees actively try to not sell items. We will now travel to Peoria or order from the internet for our small business needs.

My husband went into the Peru location today for help getting our laptop prepared for shipping back to the manufacturer. He waited for an older gentleman at the customer service desk and was told flat out that the man " Did not have time to help him." Unbelievable! In the days of disappearing retail stores, the lack of service is disappointing at best. Won't be surprised to see this store go under someday. Lasalle Office Supply probably would have been a better bet.

It's nice to have an office supply store around to still grab stuff need right away but when their display price is 48.99 and rings up 37.99 and the online store shows 29.99 for a cable which is still 3 times as much as amazon its kind of ridicuous. Always make sure they price match their online store.

A dated idea. With most things being ordered online these days, this staples is dwindling. They do not cater much to electronics either. Very limited on the computers and laptops that they carry. They do take contactless payment methods though.

The employees completely ignored us. We could tell they were just wanting to go home. I had to hold the "that was easy" button over my head and press it four times to get some attention to pay for what I needed.

Store website 4 Staples said free delivery no minimum. When I got to store I was told there was no delivery. Reason was because of covid-19 virus. Other delivery services are working. I had bought a chair and it was difficult to get it home.

Tried to call the Peru, IL store to get some information about printing. Nobody answered the phone and I was subjected to the infernal voice mail and ads for Staples services. I hung up.I guess if you're not going to answer the phones you might as well take them out.
