Today was our first time visiting the grooming center. We have a 6 month old Bouvier who is quite literally scared of anything and everything so we decided to ease into it grooming with a basic Pawdicure. The girls in the shop were incredibly friendly & absolutely had heart eyes for our lil Rowdy. They went above and beyond the paid service with grooming up/cleaning up a few other parts on our sweet Rowdy. They were also very informative about his coat and proper grooming tools. We will most definitely be back for a full service here soon!! Thanks girlies 🏽

Brought my BFF Pete in today for a nail trim/grind with Jaycey and she was patient, kind, considerate with both me and Pete and she did an amazing job. Had been using a vet for this service but not anymore, going right back to Jaycey. Highly recommend, thank you so much Jaycey!!!

Great place to visit, plenty of useful and cute accessories for you pets. If you love animals, you’ll end up with your cart full of stuff you never intended to buy in the first place. Plus: you might have the chance of watching how the dogs are being trained 😍 Staff was friendly and helpful. Bathroom spacious and clean. It’s just delightful. Needless to say I’m an animal lover.

Miss the days when they had dogs and cats and other animals. Now it's a small selection of fish, birds, small rodents and lizards. Kids were excited to go in. They left disappointed.

Went to Petsmart today to get crickets. The adults they had were not full size. I was trying to ask questions and see the full size, and the lady Kelly was completely hostile and agitated by my questions. I was trying to see what they had in stock, and I told her I wanted 2 dozen regardless and meal worms. She was very unprofessional and threw the crickets in the bag with no air and laughed with another employee. She told me I had to leave immediately after making the bag whilst laughing with this young employee. I handed my card to my sister and walked out, did not get a receipt which I will be calling about tomorrow because I paid for 2 cartons of meal worms which I did not have and 2 dozen crickets which were not 24 in the flat bag. This Petsmart is disgusting. Another guest was completely removed after entering because she watched this whole interaction. Here is a picture of the largest large cricket.

I did not catch their names but two lovely women in the grooming salon took my anxious German shepherd as a walk-in for a nail trim and grind. They were so patient and gentle with him and his nails have never looked better!

I spend about 60 dollars a month on food and treats. They won't take a 100 dollar bill. I went online to a competitor and pricing was lower and free shipping for 40 dollar or more purchase. I tried to purchase local but I'm ordering online from now on.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I was out of town on Sunday (9/24) so I came here because my dog needed just a simple bath and brush. Nothing else. I told to pick her up two hours later, so I did. I pick her up, notice nothing wrong but she was itching. Her allergies are horrible so I wasn't too worried at the time. On Monday (9/25), I was petting her and just looking through her coat. She was COVERED in fleas. It was disgusting. I gave her multiple baths throughout the week, changed her flea and tick preventative, and eventually got rid of everything by Friday. It has been exactly a week, so I called in asking for a refund. They refused a refund and claimed she got it else where, even though I hadn't taken her anywhere else after her groom. Not going back. This is why I usually bathe her myself, but as I said I wasnt in my own town.

What's being helped by a one associate. I was inquiring about a training lead for my canine buddy he's 9 1/2 months oId I was looking to take him for classes for training because I need to care for me and my wife do to our disabilities. The trainer overheard me from the next aisle and assisted me. I asked about a training course for our soon to be OUR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT SERVICE CANINE to replace our aged old service canine. The help that I had was tremendously helpful. I Recommend to anyone to shop at this petsmart. I know I will continue to shop there. Hopefully,

We never have a problem when we usually go here with Cody always helpful and greeting customers super friendly and personable.. although today we wanted fish and the girl working did not greet us at all it was almost as if we where bothering her as she huffed as we asked if we could please get some fish whenever she was done very monotone no smile whatsoever did not want to be bothered at all no name tag couldn’t catch her name but the cashiers where awesome

Staff are very helpful and nice people. The prices are pretty high for this area. The store had the right cat food I needed to get for my elderly cat but I paid 1.59 per can. I used to get the same cat food at another store in Peru for .99 per can big difference for the same food. It's crazy!!

Lol...went looking for a hamster for my son and some fish and fish tank for the family and nobody bothered to ask if we needed help the 30 minutes we were in there as we watched 1 worker sit behind the counter on her phone almost the whole time and never bothered to acknowledge us as we stood by the fish tanks for 15 minutes after we looked at hamsters for 15 minutes first...wasn't going out of my way to spend my money there and ask for her to help us as she clearly knows we were wanting to buy or we wouldn't have been in there that long for the fun of it. Smh never again with them.

I shop at Pet Smart to get our cat needs. I have always enjoyed my visits there. The associates are extremely friendly and helpful.
