2/19/24 This place needs help they made my whole order wrong it even looked very badly no real management or supervision the food is horrible and the place looks like a dump .Restroom was dirty inside and out idk who running this store but they need to be terminated along with the employees .Please whoever owns this location close it . mc Donald’s on Trompeter road in Peru is my favorite location for my daily Mc Donald’s door dashing or for my meals .And the place is spotless with clean restrooms.

Updated place. I stop here about 3 times per month when we’re in town. While our order has never been incorrect they tend to be very slow at some points. The pictures show a visit late on a Saturday night, though, so I’ll cut some slack. I took off stars because the lobby and restrooms were dirty. The drive thru was backed up so we went inside and ordered to go. We will return but will keep in mind the Oglesby McDonald’s if we want to stop at one.

breakfast and service great.late night.. they messed up my food AGAIN ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGOHOMELESS GUY AND DOG JUST AT CVS. I TOLD RUDE LADY I'M GOING GIVE OLD FOOD GUY AND DOG SHE WENT CRAZY WOULD NOT GET AWAY FROM MY CAR CALLED US LIARS JUDGE US ON SOME FACT PEOPLE LIE OBVIOUS WITH MY RECEIPT THEY MESSED UP. WHEN I SAID YOUR GOING THROW IT AWAY I'M KEEPING IT TO GIVE TO GUY AND DOG THIS LADY WENT CRAZY ON ME WITH 2 KIDS IN CAR OLD ENOUGH HERE BAD LANGUAGE EVEN I FINALLY TOLD HER GET THE F. AWAY FROM MY CAR I WISH KIDS RECORDED THE EVENT SHE WOULD BE FIRED NEXT DAY MOST LIKELY.... Absolutely disgusted and terrible service, there was hair in my cheese on my bagel. I was told I could get a refund for my whole order then once I arrived they would only refund the bagel itself.

The primary reason I went there was to pick up a happy meal for my granddaughter. She is a toddler and her favorite thing in the world is nuggets and fries. I was very disappointed to see that the french fries were significantly over cooked and so greasy you could almost wring them out. Needless to say, I didn't feed them to her. I don't know if they were cooked in old grease or if they were re-dropped to warm them up but regardless, inedible.

My family loves mcdonalds i am not big on them. Find meat in burgers small and dried out lacking flavor fries are way overrated in my opinion. Prices are about the same as competition so no extra value thier. Lines at this location tends to be long and sliw people frequently pull out and leave and they frequently makes mistakes on orders. The app frequently has issues for placing orders ahead and earning points. When app dose work it is a great tool to speed up experience and less mistakes are made.

Must have been a new untrained crew today.Drive up full to street. Customers inside all waiting..some 20 minutes.Then you can't leave due to both drive thru lanes packed and barely moving.Shyt happens

The employee that took our order was very slow and asked us to repeat our small order several times. The employee at the first window was not enthusiastic and didn't make eye contact. The other employees at the second window were friendly and perky. The mcrib was fine but the quarter pounder wasn't what we ordered. We have allergies onions and it had onions, even though we asked for no onions. The place was not busy at all.

45 minute wait on a Saturday at 8:45pm. We got stuck in the first lane of the drive thru, otherwise we would have pulled out. We did a mobile order and it was 20 minutes from the screen to the window and the computer lost the order. The food must have been made when we ordered, because when we got it 45 minutes after pulling in, it was cold and ice was melted in all the drinks. I believe I only saw 4-5 employees. If you don't have enough staff, don't be open. One girl apologized for the wait, the woman at the second window seemed very frustrated and confused and asked us to repeat our order several times as she searched for it. I get everyplace is sort handed, but adjust your hours. We probably won't go to this location again, because it's been short staffed and under managed for quite awhile.

Went there today around 3 and the blonde girl who is working the register at the first window is very unpleasant. im only writing this because it seems re occurring. Every time I go there and she’s there working the first window, she’s just cold and almost disturbingly rude with her mannerisms & facial expressions and never speaks a single word at all. It’s awkward and uncomfortable. Not someone you should have seeing customers lol.

Not open 24 hours. Menus were all on. Usually if you're not open your menus are not lit up. Sat and waited for a response.... nothing. Drove up to both windows. There's was a girl in full uniform standing there drinking a coffee. Opens the window and says we don't open until 5. All I wanted was coffee!!! Lucky her!

Was nasty I didn't get what I wanted. I wanted the crispy chicken deluxe and got the smaller chicken sandwich with pickles. It was overcooked, dry and I don't like pickles on chicken. There is no mayo or anything on it . The drive through people tried to give me 2 drinks without a carrier. I had to ask for one. I got a large fry that was about half full. They gave me no napkins , no catsup and wasn't asked if I wanted any. She darn near dropped the bag before I had it in my hand..Another bad experience with McDonald's. The fries were cold and greasy and limp and slimy. I don't know why I bother. I need to stay away from McDonald's and their nasty food. I threw most of it in the trash.

We got there at noon. Drive thru was full so went inside. No one at register. Were told would be right with us. We waited at 4 minutes and then used the kiosk instead. It was very slow. Saw one employee go on break. The drive thru was the around the building. Food was warm, but not hot.

They are very rude and condescending at this location. I asked for a double quarter pounder with just cheese and ketchup, and they told me there was no reason for me to specify the cheese because it was in the name. They then continued to lecture me and gossip with each other in front of my face and it made feel very uncomfortable. It sucks because this place is two minutes down the street from me, but the experience will make me drive to Oglesby to get McDonald's now, and even then I might just go eat somewhere else. Also the drinks were flat, no carbonation whatsoever. Bad job, McDonald's...

This McDonald's drive-thru is consistently very slow (during peak hours and otherwise). There are two drive-thru lanes, but they merge into one after ordering, so no real speed advantage there, just makes the line look shorter.If you can, it is almost always quicker to park and go inside for a to-go order.Otherwise, this is a McDonald's, you know what's up. Good fries, tasty nuggets, burgers, etc.
